Black dog seems to suggest occult-death. K9 → 11.9, Q1438.
Dog's REX SPECS (goggles) appear to reflect 11 soldiers (I had originally thought 9, but on closer inspection…) (Also, REX = King → Christ the King? Secret bloodlines? Napoleon in Egypt?)
I've grouped them into the 9 obvious ones (annotated with green numbers) and two central, mostly hidden ones (annotated with pink numbers). Threw up Law of War 11.9 and, since there is a reflection in the goggles (MIRROR), also 9/11 images.
Also, I didn't annotate them, but in the image that I numbered the soldiers, I see three helicopters to the left. They might arguably represent the three aircraft that are alleged to have struck buildings in 9/11: two for twin towers, one for Pentagon (I'm ignoring the 4th / PA crash).
Thoughts:

hypothetical tie in to DONE IN 30 (Q-clock cycles). If one wanted to UNDO the evil that the 9/11 event was the catalyst for, would that not be reflecting (or MIRRORing) that effort and event? What better day to reflect/MIRROR/undo that evil than the mirror-image of the date?–9/11 undone would occur on 11.9.

As for how this may relate to dog days of summer / Sirius / Ancient Egypt, wish I knew. Almost wondering if there isn't a HALL OF RECORDS aspect to all of this (Indiana Jones type stuff). Joseph P. Farrell has suspected that at the core of the ME wars has been covert archeological RECON / Recovery by hidden actors.

As I averred yesterday, one reason might be that they were fearful of a repeat of a Tower of Babel Moment of history, that, literally, they were afraid of yet another intervention from the "gods." But another reason also comes to mind: when a civilization is in a state of collapse, and its elites know it, one of the first things that gets done is thesecreting of its archives and treasures, and the attempt to preserve knowledge for the future.
… and that, too, is what those ancient texts and esoteric traditions also suggest happened, long ago, in the High Antiquity of the Gods.
