Does anyone know how to research the corporate filing in Spain and/or EU?
The best I have come up with is that getting the vaxx released while still in testing invokes the protections of the National Research Act, which is federal. Emergency Health Powers Acts are state. Federal trumps state. State actions regarding the vaccines must comply with the National Research Act. This is how he guaranteed that the "vaccines" COULD NOT be made mandatory.
