I believe the answer is "yes". In the end no "exemption" is recognized. However, I think a reveal on the full scope of vaccine injury will not only take down the medical establishment, but most of the government, too.
Vaccines, I have come to believe (with MUCH supporting evidence) are designed to create disease in order to keep people submissive, weak and controllable. They are also used to cull us. SIDS is often a vaccine death, for example.
Type 1 diabetes is caused by vaccines. It is an autoimmune condition. It can be reversed, too.
