dumb question but if a vaccine is mandated yet they allow for medical or religious accommodation…what if you don't have a disability? what would guide that process then? did they intentionally make the wording vague to create an illusion of accommodation just to say no in the end?
yeah it's being presented as an accommodation but they arent actually accommodating you. the only thing to do is to push back until termination.
