I need some help understanding here. If 0:00 on Q Clock is 12/7, 3:07 cannot be 4/13. Unless I'm reading the chart wrong, 3:07 corresponds to 6/12. Time to the left, date to the right, like the first two columns, correct?

Anon, please explain how A=1 S=18 (118) equals 4/5 on Q clock. 118min=1:58, which is next to 4/4 on the chart. Are times offset +1 (118=1:59)? If so, why?
1:18 is next to 2/23, so seems pretty safe to rule that out.
