>This UCW case landed in Court 14 with Judge Singer, unfortunately. Judge Singer no PC's basically every single UCW case. Every time he sees a minority defendant on the docket with a UCW case he states that the police are racist and that y'all find a reason to pull over defendants just so you can search their vehicles. Below is what happened in court on this case:

>UCW. DEF is a documented gang member, had 18 grams of marijuana in the vehicle and a 9mm. Judge Singer found no PC because " Y'all aren't going to test that alleged marijuana so for that reason I find no PC."

>"You could have filed it and alleged the gang member status but you didn't."

>Even though Judge Singer doesn't like the gang member statute and will no PC those complaints too. I brought that up to him and he said he was "not amused."

>If you're able to, refile it alleging gang member statute instead. That MAY get past him on PC. I've attached the pleading and highlighted the gang member allegations.
