The Russian kompromat story doesn't add up. It says that Trump's position in the WH would strengthen Russia in negotiations – and yet, Trump suspended Russia's Nord Stream pipeline and sanctioned Russia.
Biden lifted the ban on the Russian pipeline while banning Keystone XL.
