Fraud claims in a civil case require clear and convincing proof. We didn't get that today because each line item required 1 or more pieces of evidence being with held.
There is another way to prove fraud. Spoilation of evidence. If this all took place in 1 day and there is no evidence that 37,000 attempts were a normal event…. fraud proven for lack of proof!
