Ok - serious hopium question… Pretend for a second the audits do their job, or Lindell really does have packet captures of everything. Now go out on a limb and pretend the courts do their job and overturn the election, reinstating President Trump.

Who will be the VP? I don't think this has been talked about much, if at all. If it gets overturned and proven Trump won, would he be forced to bring Pence back since he was on the ticket when the votes happened? If Trump wanted to bring someone different would he even be legally allowed, and for that matter would the Senate approve them? POTUS cannot fire the VP. If 2020 is overturned I believe Pence either walks right into VP again, or he can resign.

The only thing that might save this from happening is if the election is overturned, then the Electoral College certification of the election would be null and void. Well, unless Pence is charged as part of the fraud and impeached.

I hope someone close to Trump is looking into this.
