Substantial bleed-through was noticed - far beyond acceptable limits, as bleed can cause mis-votes.
Election ballots are supposed to be printed on paper thick enough to prevent succh bleed-through.
Also, “sharpies” would exacerbate this problem.

As things continue, sounds like we are over 100k ballots that are illegitimate already. My number in Maricopa for Biden is 220k heavy, and that is affording him equaling the record high vote gain in the county of 118k over previous election.
My numbers the other day with 220k from Maricopa and 35k from Pima put a Trump margin of victory at 6.6%, which is right where Richard Baris had it two weeks before the election.
This is getting fun - Also, I'm about ready today to dump payload on North Carolina (friendly hint, your governor is illegitimate).

According the what I'm picking up from the hearing - there is no way to identify just how many times a ballot has been duplicated.

Clearly, that is going on. Here is the tale of the tape:
==*Maricopa County not blue since 1948
*Trump won Maricopa in 2016 with fewer votes than Romney had in 2012
*Dems have gained 100k three times since 2000, with a high of 118k for Kerry in 2004
*Trump decided to beat the previous record GOP vote gain in the county by 50K, just so he could be first Republican to lose the county in 72 years
*Biden is +338k over Clinton, and still only "won" AZ by 10k
*+338k is 292% higher than their previous high vote gain
BIden, historically, is 220k over their previous high vote gain. In every estimate I made of AZ, I gave him double. Double would put him far short.
This is why they counted ballots.
Let's see what happens.

Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County Election Audit is devastating news to the Radical Left Democrats and the Biden Administration. While this, according to the Senate, is preliminary, with results being announced at a later date, it seems that 74,243 Mail-In Ballots were counted with “no clear record of them being sent.” There were 18,000 voters who were scrubbed from the voter rolls AFTER the election. They also revealed that the voting system was breached or hacked (by who?). Very big printer and ballot problems with different paper used, etc., and MUCH MORE. =
The irregularities revealed at the hearing today amount to hundreds of thousands of votes or, many times what is necessary for us to have won. Despite these massive numbers, this is the State that Fox News called early for a Biden victory. There was no victory here, or in any other of the Swing States either.
Maricopa County refuses to work together with the Senate and others who are merely looking for honesty, integrity, and transparency. Why do the Commissioners not want to look into this corrupted election? What are they trying to hide? The highly respected State Senator Wendy Rogers said in a tweet the hearing today means we must decertify the election. In any event, the Senate patriots are moving forward with final results to be announced in the not-too-distant future, but based on today’s hearing, why even wait?
