Own most of the land south of Lebanon, MO. Buy it up, leave the homes to rot. Named a town Evergreen down there. Used to be called Twin Bridges. The old man died, his son has taken over. They also have their own police force there. They own a small airport right off of I-44. Probably needs to be looked at by LEO, but city of Lebanon PD is comped. City Councilman told me once that "it would scare you to death" if you knew what flew in/out of there.
