Durham Probe Will Land People in Jail: Nunes

The ongoing probe into the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation of former President Donald Trump and related matters will lead to people going to jail, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) asserted this week.

“I’m still positive, and I guess I have to be, that people are going to go to jail, and they are going to be prosecuted for the Russia grand fiasco and the Russia hoax,” Nunes said on the Sara Carter Show podcast.

“Maybe I’m a little Pollyanna, but I just have to have faith ultimately that there was a special counsel created, Durham does have the power, we are fully expecting him—it may not be as broad as we want it to be,” Nunes added later. “But look, there are some major perpetrators. I think, as you and everybody else know, we’ve made over 14 criminal referrals. That doesn’t mean 14 individuals. That means 14 different criminal referrals involving multiple individuals.”

John Durham, a former U.S. attorney, was made special counsel last year to pursue the probe, though the appointment appeared to violate Department of Justice regulations.

Durham’s office has given no updates on the investigation, which originated in 2019.

The only criminal charges to be brought from the probe left a former FBI lawyer who acknowledged fabricating evidence against Carter Page, a former Trump campaign associate, on probation, with no jail time.

Questioned on whether Durham’s probe would actually produce results, Nunes said that Durham has power and “shouldn’t be corrupted.”

If he is, then it would come down to Attorney General Merrick Garland, he said, “and that would be a big issue, especially if Republicans get control back of the Congress because we have subpoena power.”

Nunes is the former top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee. He is responsible for unearthing crucial information about how U.S. intelligence agencies made major errors in probing Trump and his campaign, particularly in regards to how they relied on an unsubstantiated dossier compiled by an ex-British spy, Christopher Steele, who was openly pro-Hillary Clinton.

Republicans have long expressed disappointment with the Durham probe. After Durham’s review of the matters developed into a criminal probe, many said they believed it would lead to serious charges against major figures. Then-Attorney General William Barr, who appointed Durham as special counsel, later said neither former President Barack Obama or his vice president, Joe Biden, would be charged.

The FBI made a series of significant errors in its spying on the Trump campaign, the Department of Justice inspector general.

Barr said last year before resigning that Durham was making “good progress.” John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence at the time, said last year that he believed additional indictments were forthcoming, based on the intelligence he reviewed. Ratcliffe also said he shared thousands of documents with Durham’s team.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said Friday the riotous looting that transformed parts of the country into a warzone was planned, and his "government would not allow anarchy, mayhem" to continue as 25,000 troops have begun to deploy.

"It is quite clear that all these incidents of unrest and looting were instigated, there were people who planned it and coordinated it," Ramaphosa said.

"We are going after them, we have identified a good number of them and, we will not allow anarchy and mayhem to just unfold in our country," he told reporters while touring the KwaZulu-Natal province, more specifically, the port city Durban, one of the worst-hit areas by unrest.

According to the "Unrest Map" via PolicyLab, unrest across Johannesburg and Durban has dramatically subsided in the last day, either because the military is being deployed or the rioters have run out of stores and warehouses to loot as thousands of businesses were destroyed in the weeklong mayhem.

Ghislaine Maxwell took two previously undisclosed trips with Bill Clinton to ‘escape’ from Jeffrey Epstein – reports

Two previously unknown trips shared by Ghislaine Maxwell and Bill Clinton have been revealed, and journalist Vicky Ward has described the relationship between the two as an “escape” from the late Jeffrey Epstein.

On the ‘Chasing Ghislaine’ podcast, Ward alleged this week that Maxwell joined Clinton on two foreign trips in the early 2000s and was considered “just as important” to his staff as Epstein.

Clinton reportedly used Epstein’s infamous Lolita Express plane – which was said to jet some people for sexual encounters with underage women – to visit Japan, Taiwan, and China in 2005. He also flew by private jet to India in 2003. Maxwell joined him on both trips and was treated as a member of the former president’s team.

It had previously been revealed that Clinton took trips on Epstein’s Lolita Express in the early 2000s, a period when authorities would later claim Epstein was running a sex-trafficking ring.

Citing sources close to Clinton, Ward, who has covered Epstein for decades, said it was not just Epstein and Clinton getting close in the early 2000s, but also the former president and Maxwell. Maxwell, Ward claims, used her tips with Clinton during this time as an “escape” from her unusual relationship and “sick partnership” with Epstein.

“Remember, Clinton’s post-presidency was an exciting, very attractive place to be. He and an entourage went on fascinating trips to Europe, to Asia, to Africa and he met with extremely interesting people,” Ward said.

Clinton was traveling at the time, promoting schemes to make AIDS and HIV medicine more readily available and affordable.

“She was very excited by what she was about to do. And she told me that she was off to see Bill Clinton, and that-that seemed to be a leitlight motif in her conversation for quite a long time,” journalist and Maxwell associate Christopher Mason told the ‘Chasing Ghislaine’ podcast, released through Audible Originals.

Ward also reported that Maxwell was considered necessary in soliciting funds from billionaire Epstein. Maxwell was often whom Clinton and others would go to when asking for Epstein donations, including an apparent six-figure amount that helped create the Clinton Global Initiative.

Maxwell is currently awaiting trial for sex-trafficking charges, related to her relationship to Epstein. She has pleaded not guilty, and her trial is set to begin in November.

Fresh trove of Ghislaine Maxwell court documents released

A fresh trove of dozens of potentially damning Ghislaine Maxwell court documents has been unsealed after the accused madam for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein lost her battle to keep them hidden.

The 52 documents released overnight mostly relate to a long-settled defamation lawsuit filed by one of Epstein and Maxwell’s most outspoken accusers, Virginia Roberts Giuffre.

“Finally we are getting some transparency. There is hope,” Giuffre tweeted after Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska announced her decision to release them.

“We must maintain vigilant in order for the truth to see the light of day,” tweeted Giuffre, who has repeatedly claimed she was made to have sex with powerful men, including Britain’s Prince Andrew.

The documents are just the latest that Preska has permitted to be released, insisting they will not prevent Maxwell, 59, from getting a fair trial in her upcoming case for allegedly procuring underage girls for Epstein.

The files include those in which Giuffre’s lawyers ripped the British socialite for having “chosen not to produce any information” that they sought for their case against her.

U.S. House Candidate Jarome Bell Sues Facebook in Federal Court for Anti-Christian Censorship, Electioneering

America First conservative and 2022 candidate for U.S. Congress in Virginia’s 2nd District, Jarome Bell is suing Facebook and its CEO, Mark Zuckerberg in federal court on charges of anti-Christian censorship, electioneering, and breach of contract, accusing the big tech giant of using Soviet-style tactics to stifle speech and information at odds with their left-wing agenda and directly interfere in America’s elections.

Like countless other Facebook users and former President Donald Trump, Bell has repeatedly seen his pro-Christian, conservative speech censored by Facebook and has had his account suspended from the site over conservative content.

Bell, a retired Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, filed his suit against Facebook in the Eastern District of Virginia, requesting a trial by jury on grounds that Facebook has violated his 1st Amendment rights while committing flagrant abuse of Section 230 of the federal Communication Decency Act.

Bell also accuses Facebook of breach of contract, breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing, and of violating the Virginia and California Deceptive Trade Practices Acts. He is seeking a declaratory judgment on the matter, giving the case potentially far-reaching implications.

According to court filings, Bell accuses Facebook of using bait and switch tactics against its users by marketing its platform as a neutral communications service in which users can communicate privately or publicly with one another, while at the same time employing teams of Facebook moderators to censor their posts and conversations when their ideas collide with the left-wing agenda approved by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his close political allies.

Facebook is reminiscent of a “Soviet telephone operator interrupting a phone call,” Bell’s filing asserts. “Allowing only for ideas Mark Zuckerberg wants to propagate to be distributed.”

“The ultimately creepy behavior of Facebook is incompatible with its promise: To allow we the users to talk to each other just as with the telephone company,” Bell’s suit continues, tying Facebook and big tech to the Democrat Party and their efforts to influence and alter election results, and accusing Facebook of hiding behind a twisted interpretation of Section 230 to do so.

“Nothing in Facebook’s contract or Section 230 gives it a roving commission to decide what is true or false, and Facebook’s track record shows that Facebook is not very good at it, either,” says Bell. “Section 230 is about fighting obscenity and illegal activity, not advancing leftist policies.”

Google Maps sends climbers up a ‘potentially fatal’ route on UK’s tallest mountain and OVER A CLIFF on one Scottish peak

Scottish mountaineering groups have warned that hikers using Google Maps to climb some of the UK’s highest mountains are being set up for “potentially fatal” falls. One such route on the app apparently directs people off a cliff.

In a statement, the John Muir Trust and Mountaineering Scotland have cautioned climbing enthusiasts about the dangers of relying on technology to navigate on mountains. The trust helps to protect and conserve the summit of the UK’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, which stands at 1,345 metres.

The group said that a number of searches for routes up the mountain leads people to the car park nearest to the summit “as the crow flies” and then directs them to a dotted walking route that was “highly dangerous, even for experienced climbers.”

“The problem is that Google Maps directs some visitors to the Upper Falls car park, presumably because it is the closest car park to the summit,” Nathan Berrie, Nevis conservation officer for the trust, told the UK press association.

“But this is not the correct route and we often come across groups of inexperienced walkers heading towards Steall Falls or up the south slopes of Ben Nevis believing it is the route to the summit,” Berrie said, adding that the correct route actually begins at the visitors’ centre at the mountain’s base.

The trust said it has put signage back to the centre from the Steall Falls car park, but noted that this has often been overlooked.

Even the “most experienced mountaineer” would have difficulty following the route mapped out by Google, Heather Morning, safety adviser for Mountaineering Scotland said.

“The line goes through very steep, rocky, and pathless terrain where even in good visibility it would be challenging to find a safe line. Add in low cloud and rain and the suggested Google line is potentially fatal,” she said.

The groups said Google was also leading unwary users into “life-threatening terrain” on other popular Munros – mountains with an elevation of more than 3,000 feet (914 metres). For instance, a walking route suggested by the app for the An Teallach mountain in the northwest Highlands would send people over a cliff.

While it would seem “perfectly logical” for novice hillwalkers to check out Google Maps for the easiest routes and assume that the information is correct, Morning said, there had been a “number of incidents recently where following routes downloaded off the internet have resulted in injury or worse”.

Modern navigation technology brings some amazing advantages for hill walkers, but this example is clearly not one of them.

Responding to the groups’ appeal to consult with them in order to remove the route suggestions, Google said that it “built Google Maps with safety and reliability in mind, and are working quickly to investigate the routing issue on Ben Nevis”.

“In addition to using authoritative data and high-definition imagery to update the map, we encourage local organisations to provide geographic information about roads and routes through our Geo Data Upload tool,” a spokeswoman said.

Appearing on Fox News, Hawley warned “I think it’s really scary to have the federal government of the United States, the White House compiling lists of people, organizations, whatever and going to a private company that by the way is a monopoly – Facebook – and saying you need to censor.”

“I just think that this kind of coordination between big government and the big monopoly corporation, boy that is scary stuff,” Hawley said, adding “It really is censorship.”

Hawley continued, “at this point, you really have to wonder how private of companies they are.”

“I mean, if you are taking direction from the federal government, openly coordinating with the federal government, you have got the government saying we think this speech ought to be censored and Big Tech if they carry out those instructions, I mean, that looks like they are starting to operate as a public utility and there are many people out there who say we ought to just treat them as public utilities,” the Senator urged.

WhatsApp bans over 2 million accounts in India in one month, for ‘harmful behavior’ & spam messaging

In its latest compliance report, WhatsApp reveals that it banned over two million accounts in India between May and June for “harmful behavior” and other rules violations, including sending a “high and abnormal rate of messages.”

While only a fraction of its 400 million-strong user base in India, the number of blocked accounts is significant since it is roughly a quarter of the eight million bans WhatApp hands down globally each month.

Noting that 95% of the accounts were blocked for exceeding limits placed on the number of times messages can be forwarded in the country, the platform said its “top focus” has been to prevent the spread of harmful and unwanted messages.

“The abuse detection operates at three stages of an account’s lifestyle: at registration; during messaging; and in response to negative feedback, which we receive in the form of user reports and blocks,” the report noted.

While stating that user-to-user conversations on the platform remain encrypted and private, WhatsApp said it pays “close attention to user feedback” and engages with a team of specialists and analysts to evaluate “edge cases” and improve effectiveness against misinformation.

In addition to responding to user complaints, WhatsApp said it relied on “behavioral signals” from user accounts, available “unencrypted information,” profile and group photos, and descriptions to identify potential offenders.

WhatsApp said its grievance officer in the country had received over two hundred appeals to overturn account blocks over the month-long period. As well, it received more than a hundred complaints related to account and product support and user safety.

Social media and communications platforms have to publish monthly reports that list details of its actions under the country’s new Information Technology rules. This was the Facebook-owned messaging application’s first such report since the rules came into effect recently.

Despite publishing the report, WhatsApp has continued to refuse to disclose the initial sources of fake news, hoaxes and illegal viral messages that have been blamed by the government as having incited mob violence in the country.

Although the new IT rules have a traceability clause that requires platforms to track and reveal the accounts from where such messages originate, WhatApp has challenged this obligation in court on the grounds that user privacy would be affected.

Under this provision, social media platforms have to trace the “originator” of problematic content when required-to by a court order or official authority. The rules clarify that such an order may only be issued for serious criminal offenses such as threats to ‘public order’.

Free speech news channel GB News ‘cancels’ host for taking BLM knee live on air – reports

GB News, a free-speech-centred UK news channel that launched just last month, has reportedly taken one of its hosts off air “indefinitely” for taking a knee “rejecting racism” on his show.

According to The Guardian, which spoke to unnamed sources at GB News, presenter Guto Harri has been “indefinitely taken off air” after he upset many viewers of the news channel by controversially taking the knee on Tuesday.

Harri’s decision to take the knee caused such a storm that a subsequent boycott resulted in some GB News shows receiving zero viewers this week. Because of this, GB News management “felt the need to cut Harri loose,” The Guardian reported.

Unnamed friends of the television host told the newspaper that GB News is “becoming an absurd parody of what it proclaimed to be” by “not defending free speech and combatting cancel culture,” and instead “replicating it on the far right.”

They argued that Harri did not breach any editorial standards and instead was “sacked for offending the lynch mob.”

‘Let Them Die’: Fairfax NAACP Leader Speaks Against Anti-Critical Race Theory Parents

“Let them die,” Fairfax County NAACP First Vice President Michelle Leete said about people against her leftist ideology during a speech to protesters at Luther Jackson Middle School Thursday evening.

Parents and concerned citizens had gathered in Fairfax, Virginia, prior to a school board meeting to protest Fairfax County Public Schools teaching Critical Race Theory (CRT), while others had come to support CRT and the LGBT agenda in schools. It was the final meeting before the school board’s summer break.

Leete spoke to supporters of CRT, saying:

So let’s meet and remain steadfast, steadfast, in speaking truth, tearing down double standards, and refuting double talk. Let’s not allow any double downing on lies. Let’s prepare our children for a world they deserve. Leete is also vice president of communications for the Fairfax County Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), vice president of training for the Virginia PTA, and according to her LinkedIn, a federal employee at the U.S. Capitol.

Parents were protesting CRT being taught in Fairfax County Public Schools in a “Stop CRT Rally.” The event flyer stated, “It’s not about race or equity, it’s about a Communist Radical Takeover of America!”

While the original event focused solely on CRT, counter-protesters, including Leete, came to show their support for CRT and LGBT causes.

Harry Jackson has three children in the Fairfax public school system. He stood against Leete and her supporters, telling Breitbart News, “We should not be using tax dollars to support this [CRT] ideology. That’s toxic. That’s creating divisions based on race within the community. It has no place.”

“My youngest daughter is a five-year-old. Like other parents, when I take her to the playground, she doesn’t see race. She just sees other kids and she wants to make a friend and she wants to play and have games. She doesn’t see race. Why would I poison her childhood and her upbringing by teaching her to see things through a racial lens? It has no place,” Jackson said.

Fairfax County Public Schools came under fire last month after a graduation speaker urged students to remember their “jihad.”

Greece to Discipline Government Employees Who Don’t Take Vaccination

Greek Interior Minister Makis Voridis has announced that civil servants who refuse to take the now-mandatory Wuhan coronavirus vaccine will be disciplined.

Minister Voridis stated on Thursday that civil servants would be referred to a disciplinary board if they refused to take the vaccine. The disciplinary council would then decide if the employee would be fired.

“Under current law, there is a legal obligation and, in some professions, employers and employees are required to meet certain health requirements. The employer has a responsibility,” Mr Voridis said, the newspaper I Kathimerini reports.

“When vaccination becomes mandatory, those who do not comply with the obligation enter into a process in which they have violated their legal obligations,” he added and stated: “Or anyone who refuses to comply with their contractual obligations, the disciplinary procedure will be activated.”

Greece’s move to make vaccinations mandatory for certain jobs comes as French President Emmanuel Macron also announced that those working in certain fields, such as caregivers or firefighters, will be mandated to take the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine as well.

During a television address to the French nation, Macron justified the move saying that vaccination was a “matter of individual responsibility… but also a matter of our freedom.”

French Health Minister Olivier Véran added that those workers who refuse to take the mandatory vaccine “will no longer be able to work and will no longer be paid”.

The United Kingdom has just made vaccines mandatory for care home staff, promoting some to warn of an impending human rights and civil liberty struggle.

New Evidence Ties Child Sex Trafficker Jeffrey Epstein To Chris Cuomo’s Wife As “VIP”

According to reports, new evidence has surfaced linking deceased pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein to CNN broadcaster Chris Cuomo.

Cuomo’s wife, Cristina Greeven Cuomo, is listed in a recently uncovered “little black book” of VIP contacts belonging to Epstein.

Business Insider got Epstein’s newly found 1997 celebrity address book on Tuesday.

Hundreds of additional identities are linked to Epstein in the book, which also traces previously known relationships back to the 1990s.

“One of the new names belongs to Cristina Greeven Cuomo, a New York editor, and entrepreneur,” Business Insider reported.

“She married Chris Cuomo, a CNN anchor, and brother of Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York, in 2001.”

“The book lists Greeven Cuomo under a minor misspelling of her birth name, Cristina Greeven,” the report states.

“Her entry refers to Manhattan File, a New York society magazine she published after her father purchased it in 1994.“

“The same entry includes an office address in the New York City neighborhood of SoHo, an office phone number, and a home phone number.

“In the ’90s, Greeven Cuomo was known for hanging out with socialites like Alex von Furstenberg and the former CNN producer Pamela Gross.“

“The latter appears in both ‘little black books’,” the report adds.

Yahoo News reports: It’s unclear why Greeven Cuomo is listed in the 1997 address book. She serves as the editor in chief of The Purist, a wellness website she founded in 2017. A message left with The Purist seeking comment from Greeven Cuomo was returned almost immediately by Chris Cuomo, who declined to comment for the record or make his spouse available.

Greeven Cuomo is one of 221 people who appear in Epstein’s 1997 address book but not his previously published address book, which dates to 2004.

USA Today, AP and FactCheckorg Want Americans to Believe There is “No Evidence of Widespread Fraud in Maricopa County’s 2020 Presidential Election Results”

Maricopa County in Arizona has been ground zero for a forensic audit of the 2020 election. Audit teams have painstakingly gone through ballots to look for any discrepancies. The results were partially given today during the Arizona Senate hearing (see bel0w). According to the audit team, there are “major discrepancies with ballots from the election. There are numerous other troubling details (see below). According to the Arizona GOP Chairwoman, “This is far from over.” They haven’t even gotten to the good stuff yet.

After the hearing, the news blew up on social media with video from the hearing shared so Americans could see for themselves and judge for themselves. Later tonight, suddenly, Twitter put up a trending statement that smacks of an attempt to shoot town the forensic audit in Arizona. This follows the admission today that the Biden administration is working with Facebook to stop “misinformation” on their social media platform. Social media companies have handed over personal details of those accused of sharing racist posts online after England's Euro 2020 final penalty shootout.

Twitter and Facebook have been 'working very closely' with investigating police officers, who say they are digging into dozens of people's racist tweets after five people were arrested in the wake of Sunday's final.

The tech giants will provide names, emails and IP addresses of users who are believed to have sent discriminatory messages if requested by the authorities, the Times reports. The UK Football Policing Unit (UKFPU) yesterday provided an update on its investigation following abusive posts targeting Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka in the wake of the Three Lions' defeat on penalties to Italy.

Three of the suspects have already been publicly identified - plasterer Brad Pretty, 49, from Folkestone, Kent; estate agent Andrew Bone, 37, from Sale, Cheshire; and children's football coach Nick Scott, 50, from Powick, Worcestershire.

A fourth suspect, a 37-year-old man from Ashton-upon-Mersey in Greater Manchester, was then arrested yesterday, officials said, before a fifth, a 42-year-old man from Runcorn was then detained by police in Cheshire today.

Looking to Be Prepared for a War in the Atlantic, NATO Launches New Command

If the United States and Russia ever go toe-to-to in the Atlantic, the battle will be fought out of Norfolk, Virginia.

NATO on Thursday celebrated the official launch of Joint Force Command-Norfolk, the first such command to be located in North America. It joins similar NATO commands in Brunssum, Netherlands, and Naples, Italy.

During a ceremony on board the USS Kearsarge, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley said the command is necessary to prevent a bloody, destructive war against major adversaries – or to win it if one were to erupt.

"It's the mission of this command to fight the battle of the Atlantic in the event of armed conflict," Milley said. "Think about that. If you know your history, and you know World War II, you know how important that was."

During World War II, the Atlantic was prowled by German U-boats and other vessels often right off the East Coast of the United States that sought to torpedo troop transports, vital supply ships and other vessels, as well as spy on America.

If another war were to break out in Europe, Milley said, securing the Atlantic would be crucial.

"The survival of NATO, the success or failure in combat in a future war … in Europe would largely depend on the success or failure of this command, and success or failure of the battle of the Atlantic," Milley said.

And in his remarks, Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis, commander of the Navy's Second Fleet and the new joint force command, warned of increasing Russian and Chinese activity in the Atlantic.

"We can no longer assume we have control of the Atlantic, as we had at the end of the Cold War," Lewis said. "We are again being challenged by threats in these waters. [Russia and China] both have increased their presence in the Atlantic, from the Arctic Circle to the South Pole."

The ceremony celebrated the command reaching full operational capability, meaning it is able to perform all the missions and capabilities it was designed for. The command reached initial operational capability, meaning it could do the minimum necessary, roughly 18 months ago, Milley said.

Lewis said that in peacetime, the command will provide situational awareness for the alliance, lead and help prepare NATO planning, and take part in NATO training exercises such as Steadfast Defender, in which allies practice how they would collectively defend one another if attacked.

As the nation winds down its involvement in the Middle East, the military has sought to refocus its attention on preparing for or deterring a conflict with major rivals such as China or Russia, which it refers to as "great power competition."

One disturbing side of all those scrambled eggs, omelets and eggs served sunny-side up is that for every egg-laying hen born into the industrial farming system, a male chick is killed, with more than six billion total culled annually around the world.

Now NRS Poultry, a research group at Rehovot’s Volcani Institute, believes it has created a solution to the problem, with genetic technology that could be wide-reaching in its global scope.

“It’s a complete change of the industry because it will allow us not to do this cruel thing,” said Eli Mor, CEO of Impact NRS, the company harnessing the Volcani Institute research technology. “It’s a biological solution, so it won’t be implemented in a day, but the beauty of the solution is that there is no need to bring in specific equipment to a very conservative, traditional industry.”

Most chicken meat comes from “broiler” chickens, bred to grow big and quickly. Egg-laying hens, however, are a leaner breed, raised to put all their energy toward laying and later used as pet food, feed or landfill when their egg output wanes. The male chicks from the egg-laying hens are culled as they cost more to care for than they would ever sell for as meat.

Longtime FBI signature expert says Hunter Biden signed receipt for abandoned laptop

President's son has tried to cast doubt on authenticity, origins of computer turned over to FBI by Delaware shop owner.

A retired FBI counterintelligence agent with longtime expertise in signature analysis tells Just the News that Hunter Biden signed an April 2019 Delaware computer repair shop receipt, adding fresh evidence that a controversial laptop turned over to the bureau with eye-popping emails about Ukrainian and Chinese business deals belonged to the president's son.

Retired Special Agent Wayne A. Barnes, a 29-year FBI veteran who mastered signature analysis while unmasking Soviet spies during the Cold War, says the "R.H. Biden" signature — short for Robert Hunter Biden — on the receipt issued in spring 2019 from John Paul Mac Issac's repair shop in Delaware matches those on documents known to have been signed by the president's son, such as Social Security cards, driver's licenses and other public documents.

"The signature on the computer repair store from April 2019 was signed by RHB," Barnes wrote in a 24-page report commissioned by Just the News.

Barnes noted the receipt signature contains many of the same distinctive characteristics that Hunter Biden's signature contained on other public documents and exhibited no signs of forgery or digital replication.

"The general pattern and flow of the signature matches the other known signatures from RHB," Barnes wrote. "The R has its vertical line with the normal slight slant to the right. While the beginning of the top curved part of the R does not begin where RHB usually starts his — that is, by picking the pen off the paper and starting a new line. Here it commences from the bottom of the vertical line, lazily not lifting the pen off the paper. But then it goes up to his normal starting position, to the left of the top of the vertical line. This line then curves to the right and around and down to the middle of the vertical line.

"This curve of the R from the right, appropriately crosses the vertical line with a loop. This is in true 'contemplator' fashion. It is something which appears essential for RHB when writing his signature. It then goes back and up to the right, something well demonstrated in the other known examples.

"The line up to the top of the H follows the tail from the R as seen in the known signatures. Then it is the by-now-familiar butterfly pattern of the H which creates the full letter," it added.

Biden Admin to Border Agents: Prepare for the Flood

Docs say 1,200 migrant families expected to be processed each day

The Biden administration is telling immigration agents to prepare to process hundreds of thousands of migrant families and asylum claims as the White House moves to reverse Trump-era border and coronavirus policies, according to internal documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

A senior federal official who spoke with the Free Beacon expects Biden to end Title 42—a law used by former president Trump's Centers for Disease Control to block migrants from entering the country—sometime this month. As part of the preparation for that policy reversal, senior Department of Homeland Security officials warned staff that they will have to process up to 1,200 family units a day. That number of family units works out to 312,000 a year, assuming the border does not see any future surges. Following their release from custody, those migrants are in effect free to stay, said one DHS official, because many immigrants skip their immigration court hearings sometimes scheduled two years after they are initially detained.

"Border Patrol agents, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and customs officers are stretched thin trying to protect and secure our border," said the official. "Asking them to process roughly 6,000 people a week undoubtedly strain already thin resources and increase human trafficking and drug smuggling."

The internal directive further damaged morale within national security agencies where staff already feel overwhelmed with initiatives ordered by the Biden administration. These policies all seem focused on the singular purpose of letting in as many migrants as possible and forcing staff attention away from security threats entering the country.

Those who spoke with the Free Beacon described an agency undergoing a dramatic transformation under Biden and Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Some now question their mission as they prepare for humanitarian crises on the border after the end of Title 42 and Trump's "Remain in Mexico Policy."

"All of these people will become permanent residents. There's no political will from the Biden administration to deport families once they're already admitted. The White House knows that," a DHS official said. "The end of Title 42 will result in de facto open borders."

Agents on the southern border noted that the president and the CDC are warning about the COVID-19 Delta variant while the federal government ends critical policies that allowed law enforcement to ensure migrants who carry disease are not allowed entry into the country. At the same time, Mayorkas has taken a harsher attitude toward Cubans and Haitians wishing to escape chaos and violence in their home countries.

"The time is never right to attempt migration by sea," Mayorkas said Tuesday. "To those who risk their lives doing so, this risk is not worth taking. Allow me to be clear: If you take to the sea, you will not come to the United States."

One individual familiar with internal agency discussions said the Biden administration's dismissive approach to Cuban and Haitian migrants is shaped in part by the agency's limited resources. The job of processing thousands of migrants per week on the southern border will require an all-hands effort from immigration officials that leaves little flexibility to address a potential surge from those trying to escape the dueling Caribbean crises.

"The heavy lifting we've been doing since January portends that this is unlike anything we've ever seen, especially because we're utilizing Border Patrol and discussing bringing in ICE to help. The lift across all of DHS is pretty unprecedented," an individual familiar with the plan said.

Neither the Biden administration nor Department of Homeland Security returned requests for comment.

Child trafficking: 92 minor victims identified across Europe

Officers arrested 33 traffickers and identified 45 suspects of human trafficking during Europe-wide joint action days

Europol, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom coordinated Europe-wide joint action days targeting child trafficking. The operation, also supported by Frontex, took place between 28 June and 4 July 2021 and involved 18* countries.

A wide range of law enforcement authorities including police, immigration and border control agencies, transport police, social assistance and child protection services, and labour inspectorates participated in the joint action.

The action days focused on potentially unaccompanied minors or minors who had escaped from shelters, as this group of children are frequently reported for their use of forged or false documents. The focus included minors detected at borders as well as those travelling within EU or Schengen associated countries. Another focus was intra-EU trafficking, where children are often trafficked by family members who are part of large family clans. These victims are mainly trafficked for the purpose of begging, forced criminality and sexual exploitation. The action days also targeted criminal networks and enablers involved in the trafficking of human beings that use fraudulent documents.

175 arrests and 187 potential victims

The actions led to 175 arrests, 78 additional suspects identified and 181 new investigations initiated. Overall, 187 potential victims of human trafficking were identified, 92 of whom were confirmed to be minors.

The involved national authorities focused on border crossings and main transport hubs to identify potential victims and suspects of human trafficking. Each country adapted their activities according to the types of child trafficking, which were nationally prevalent.

The most vulnerable victims of an underreported crime

Child trafficking remains underreported. Human traffickers target the most vulnerable groups and children are among them. Minors are trafficked for sexual and labour exploitation. Criminals force children to beg or commit different crimes, such as the smuggling of illegal goods and petty crimes.

Within the EU, children are mostly trafficked by their relatives. These criminal organisations, connected through large clan networks, operate in several countries and move the children across borders. Children are being abused in different ways, including sexual exploitation, forced begging and other types of forced criminality. Minors from non-EU countries can become victims of migrant smugglers collaborating with the adults who accompany the children while pretending to be their relatives or legal guardians.

Israeli Court Hands Down Historically Heavy Sentence to Corrupt Official

An Israeli court sentenced on Wednesday the country’s former deputy minister and senior member of a major right-wing party to 10 yearsin prison for bribery, fraud, money laundering, breach of trust, and tax evasion. She will also have to fork over a fine equivalent to US$274,000.

Faina Kirschenbaum was a key player in one of the most extensive corruption investigations in Israel’s history, known as Case 242. Her’s is the latest conviction to come out of the probe, which has been digging into graft accusations in the Yisrael Beiteinu party over the past seven years.

Yisrael Beiteinu (Heb: “Israel is Our Home”) is a secular nationalist right wing party, popular among Israel’s Russian immigrant community. The 2018 resignation of its leader Avigdor Lieberman from the post of defense minister and thus the party’s defection from Likud’s coalition, kicked off the record slew of snap elections that left Israel without a government for more than two years, and ultimately led to the ousting of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in June.

Kirschenbaum has been found guilty of orchestrating a massive kickback scheme, where she funneled government money to organizations in exchange for favors and money. She took NIS 2 million ($604,415) worth of bribes and used public funds for her own political gain and for her family’s own personal benefits.

The investigation in Case 242 has yielded 17 convictions. Kirschenbaum’s sentence is particularly hefty and the longest one a Knesset member has ever received.

Elected to the Knesset in 2009, Kirschenbaum was a close ally to the party’s chairman and worked as the party’s director general. She was elected as deputy minister of internal affairs in 2013, but this stint was short lived. She resigned in 2015 amid corruption allegations.

District Court Judge Yaron Levy, who heard her case, prefaced his harsh sentence with a rebuke of Kirschenbaum. “The depth of the defendant’s corruption and the severity and multiplicity of her actions are unique,” said Levy. “There is no need to overstate the power entrusted to her, and she has used that power for improper preferences and a preference for her personal interest.”

The defense team responded that the sentence was “disproportionate, cruel and merciless.” Her ten years behind bars doesn’t begin until September 5, and lawyers vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court before then.

The court also ordered jail time for the former Agriculture Ministry director-general, Rami Cohen, for assisting Kirschenbaum in the scheme. He received a much lighter sentence of 30 months.

An NGO in Israel focused on defending democracy, The Movement for the Quality of Government, praised the long sentence. The organization told Israel’s Channel 7 News that “government corruption must have a price tag” and “should be punished in the most severe manner prescribed by law.”

In Sting Operation, US Arrests Major Money Launderers

Three men accused of laundering millions of dollars on behalf of transnational organized crime and drug traffickers have been arrested and charged in the U.S., the Department of Justice revealed in a statement on Wednesday.

Yosef Cohen, Vague Tergalstanyan, and Igal Ben Hanan were all taken into custody in mid July and charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering.

“Cohen, Tergalstanyan, and Ben Hanan worked on behalf of organized criminal enterprises operating in several countries around the world,” the DoJ said. However, they were ultimately brought down by a team of undercover agents posing as narcotics traffickers.

According to their indictment, the group was active since at least 2018, and unknowingly presented themselves to the FBI as capable of laundering tens of millions of dollars.

“In recorded conversations with undercover law enforcement officers (the “UCs”) who represented themselves to be members of an international organized criminal enterprise that distributed narcotics and laundered money, the defendants planned money laundering transactions of narcotics proceeds and discussed moving tens of millions of dollars of illicit money on behalf of international criminal organizations,” the DoJ said.

At one point, they even made cash drop offs for the agents around the country, at another, while attempting to fraudulently secure a U.S. visa for Ben Hanan, a foreign national, they accepted US$150,000 of purportedly unlaundered narcotics proceeds from the undercover agents, promising to repay it as clean currency.

“Subsequent wire transfers sent by the defendants to the UCs as repayment were falsely described by the defendants as accounting for a particular month or time period, so as to appear like legitimate business transactions,” said the DOJ.

If found guilty, the three could face up to 20 years in prison. Trial dates have not yet been revealed.

HSI investigation leads to lengthy federal sentence for child exploitation

FRANKFORT, Ky. - A Berea, Kentucky man was sentenced to serve 214 months in federal prison for using a 7-year-old victim to produce child exploitation material.

The acting U.S. attorney for the eastern district of Kentucky made the announcement Thursday.

“Our agents make it a top priority to protect children from online sexual predators such as this,” said Jerry C. Templet, Jr, special agent in charge, HSI Nashville. “HSI will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to ensure that these predators are apprehended and pay the price for their heinous crimes.”

Bradley Scott Helton, 33, previously pleaded guilty to communicating with the victim via an app called “Kiss Kiss: Spin the Bottle.” He admitted to chatting with the victim, sending sexual videos and pictures, and requesting the victim send sexual videos in return. Helton further acknowledged that he persuaded and used the 7-year-old to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction. The images traveled in interstate commerce when the victim, who was in Texas, sent them via the app to Helton in Kentucky.

The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Kentucky State Police.

Under federal law, Helton must serve 85% of his prison sentence and will be supervised by U.S. Probation for 25 years upon his release from prison.

This case was prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood (PSC), a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse, launched in May 2006, by the Department of Justice. HSI Phoenix partners with local law enforcement agencies, arrests and charges 39 men with child sex crimes

PHOENIX – Special agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) recently partnered with the Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa Police Departments along with the FBI and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office on an Internet Crimes Against Children sting resulting in nearly three dozen arrests.

The operation known as “Behind the Mask” was an undercover operation that targeted the demand for child sex crimes and human trafficking. Throughout the operational period, undercover detectives placed ads on websites commonly sought out by suspects seeking illegal sex acts. The suspects reportedly solicited and/or brokered deals for various sex acts and were subsequently arrested.

The Tempe Police Department routinely conducts operations of this type in a continuous effort to reduce the demand that fuels child sex trafficking and exploitation of children in our community. The suspects in this operation ranged in age from 20 to 64. The following suspects solicited various sex acts and were arrested.

AG arrests ‘John Doe 44,’ a Picayune police sergeant accused of child sex crimes

A Picyaune police sergeant fired from his job Wednesday has been arrested in a child exploitation case after the FBI asked for the public’s assistance in identifying him.

Joshua Christopher Stockstill, 29, has been arrested on child exploitation charges, the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office has confirmed: 4 counts of distribution, one count of lustful touching, and 1 count of production.

Stockstill was arrested at the Picayune Police Department, said Assistant Chief James Bolton. Bolton said Stockstill did not turn himself in but would not release any further details about his arrest or the charges, referring all calls to the attorney general’s office. He also said Stockstill was fired as soon as the department learned about the case.

The arrest came hours after the FBI released a photo and information Wednesday about a child exploitation case and sought the public’s help in identifying Stockstill, described in the news release as “John Doe 44.”

The FBI news release said that John Doe 44 was “shown with a child” in a video recorded in February by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Data embedded with video files indicated they were recorded before November 2018, the FBI news release said.

Jewish State Of Israel Passes Law Requiring ‘Happy Badges’ To Identify The Unvaccinated At Large Gatherings

The Israeli government has unveiled a program called “Happy Badges” that will restrict attendees of large gatherings such as parties and weddings based on vaccination status, COVID recovery status, and whether the individual in question has recently tested negative for COVID-19. The ‘Happy Badge” system will apply to all gatherings composed of over 100 people.

The Jerusalem Post reported the news on Friday, as the Israeli government slipped into a panic over a third straight day with more than 750 new cases of COVID. Israel has a population of over 9 million people.

“Our goal is not to prevent weddings and other celebrations in the halls,” Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said this week. “This would be the easiest and most harmful step because weddings would take place in an illegal manner with no control. Our goal is to find out how to allow them at the time of a pandemic, with minimum harm to the events industry and maximum protection of Israeli citizens.”

The Israeli government’s push for vaccine badges has not been welcomed warmly by all sectors of the populace, with some activists comparing the new procedures to a “second Holocaust” as reported by National File:

A crackdown on Sydneysiders flouting lockdown laws will begin on Saturday with 130 additional inspectors being deployed from Fairfield to Bondi in an effort to stem the latest Covid outbreak.

Officers from Liquor and Gaming, SafeWork NSW, the Food Authority and Fair Trading will be ensuring residents are adhering to protocol, specifically targeting the use of QR codes and wearing of masks.

The move comes as the New South Wales Government reportedly held crisis meetings on Friday night to discuss introducing dramatic new restrictions including police checkpoints on major roads and cameras that scan licence plates so authorities can identify people who are entering areas they are barred from.

The shutdown of almost all retail stores is also on the cards amid another steep rise in venues exposed to the virus.

'It has been conceded by the government that the current lockdown is not doing the job it needs to, so they will go harder,' Nine News reporter Chris O'Keefe reported.

'A few of the options are shutting retail across Greater Sydney and forbidding certain types of work, otherwise a more localised lockdown of the Fairfield area going as far as having police checkpoints and cameras which can read number plates, fining people if they leave the area,' Mr O'Keefe reported.

The NSW Government will hold an emergency cabinet meeting on Saturday morning to finalise plans, with non-essential retail set to be one of the first things scrapped.

Psaki Says Americans Who Post “Misinformation” Should be Banned From All Platforms

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Friday doubled down on the government’s censorship of Americans.

Psaki on Thursday casually admitted the federal government is censoring American citizens and flagging “problematic” social media posts.

“We’ve increased disinformation research and tracking within the Surgeon General’s office,” Psaki said Thursday. “We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.”

On Friday Psaki took it to another level and said Americans who post “misinformation” should be completely unpersoned and should have no access to online platforms.

“You shouldn’t be banned from one platform and not others if you providing ‘misinformation’ out there,” Psaki said.

The Biden Administration is publicly admitting that Americans who do not fall in line with their agenda do not have the right to participate in the exchange of commerce and ideas online.

Sadiq Khan Says New Statue of Activist Who Beheaded White Colonizers in Front of Their Children Reflects London’s “Achievements and Diversity”

London Mayor Sadiq Khan defended the impending placement of a statue of John Chilembwe, an anti-colonial activist who ordered the decapitation of William Livingstone in front of his children and then displayed his head on a pike, saying it served to “reflect London’s achievements and diversity.”

Yes, really.

Chilembwe was a Baptist pastor and educator who became a militant resistance fighter who railed against the treatment of Africans working in agriculture on European-owned plantations in Malawi in the early 1900’s.

Chilembwe led a violent revolt against the Bruce estates, which culminated in William Jervis Livingstone and other European colonizers being decapitated on his orders.

In 1915, Livingstone was beheaded in front of his own children and Chilembwe subsequently displayed his impaled head on a spike during a church service.

In recognition of his struggle, a bronze statue of Chilembwe is being installed in London’s historic Trafalgar Square, which one website describes as “an act of resilience and revival for an aware British society that is experiencing how centuries of slavery perpetuated by Europeans has hindered African society.”

“The Chilembwe statue will help bystanders and British citizens reflect on some of the historical grievances that took place so that the social betterment of a western country doesn’t harm another community or race of people,” reports Travel Noire.

When challenged on his decision to green light the statue, even as a ‘woke’ statue commission works to remove sculptures of historical European figures, London Mayor Sadiq Kahn said the statue “reflect(s) London’s achievements and diversity.”

Shaun Bailey (who is black) told Khan, “this is a man who sanctioned the murder of people… he did sermons with the head of his opponents on a pike.”

However, Khan answered that unlike in the case of “colonizers” and other statues he is seeking to topple, the Chilembwe statue is “art” therefore it should be erected.

“I think art has an important role in stimulating conversation,” said Khan. “I also think we should challenge different perspectives when it comes to history. History is complicated and it is always worth getting a different perspective.”

Parents Sue City Of Washington D.C. For Vaccinating Minors Without Parental Consent

A recent District of Columbia law, the D.C. Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act of 2020, allows kids aged 11 and up to get any vaccine recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), including COVID shots, without parental consent or knowledge. Now, parents are fighting back.

The bill passed the D.C. Council on a 10-3 vote last November, and was signed into law by Mayor Muriel Bowser in December. It went into effect on March 19, 2021. On Monday, the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and the Parental Rights Foundation filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for D.C., seeking a court order to rule the law unconstitutional.

The plaintiffs are four parents who have minor children attending public school in D.C. and want a preliminary injunction to prohibit Bowser, the D.C. Department of Health, and the D.C. Public School System from enforcing the act.

“The D.C. Act is an unconscionable intrusion on the rights and liberty of parents and children,” said CHD president and general counsel Mary Holland. “As the Supreme Court held, ‘The liberty interest at issue in this case — the interest of parents in the care, custody, and control of their children — is perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by this Court.’”

According to CHD, “The D.C. Act contains several provisions designed to deceive parents and hide that the child has been vaccinated against parental judgment, authority or religious convictions.” If a minor has a religious exemption from vaccines or has opted out of the HPV vaccine based on documents filed by parents, the act mandates that the health care provider should leave those parts of the student’s immunization record “blank.”

The act requires health care personnel to provide accurate immunization records to the Department of Health and to the student’s school, but not to parents. It also has subsections giving health care personnel the authority to “seek reimbursement, without parental consent, directly from the insurer,” adding that “insurers shall not send an Explanation of Benefits for services provided.”

Essentially, the law permits an eleven-year-old to override his or her parents’ written directive that they don’t want their child vaccinated, and then the child’s school will falsify and withhold vaccine records from the parents. Moreover, the health care providers who vaccinate children against parental wishes will be paid by the parents’ health insurance company, but the parents will receive no documentation of this.

In 1986, Congress enacted the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (“Vaccine Act”) in response to a growing number of lawsuits alleging vaccine injuries. The Vaccine Act and the subsequent Supreme Court decision Bruesewitz v. Wyeth protects vaccine manufacturers from all liability because vaccine injury is “unavoidable.” Those injured by vaccines are required to seek compensation from the government National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which has paid over $4.5 billion in compensation to the families of those injured or killed by vaccines.

In order to minimize injury and save money, the Vaccine Act requires that parents are provided with Vaccine Information Statements, vaccine records, and directions for reporting vaccine adverse events to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.

#Bidenflation: Cost of Gas, Used Cars Up 45%, Car Rentals 88%

Nearly all Americans expect the inflation under Joe Biden’s presidency will worsen still, even as the cost of gas and used cars is already up by 45 percent, and bacon up by 8.4 percent, the Washington Examiner reported Thursday.

“The hashtag #Bidenflation has been trending recently,” wrote Washington Secrets columnist Paul Bedard, noting a new survey from Skynova, an online invoicing firm that found 88 percent of people in the United States believe the current inflation is “here to stay and will soar more.”

“Projections shared with Secrets from the Statista Research Department show it increasing at about 2.5% through 2024 and ‘tapering off’ by 2026,” he observed. “It’s currently at about 5.4%.”

According to the Skynova survey of 1,040 respondents, 78 percent reported signs of inflation in their daily lives and 61 percent said inflation is an important political issue.

Results of the survey are consistent with Tuesday’s report from the Department of Labor that shows the cost for goods and services rose by significantly more than expected in June.

Breitbart News reported:

The Producer Price Index rose 7.3 percent in June from 12 months earlier, the largest demand since 12-month data were first introduced in 2010. Compared with May, the index rose one percent. On average, this index rose by around 0.2 percent per month in the pre-pandemic Trump administration.

Economists had been expecting an increase of 0.6 percent, below the 0.8 percent initially reported for May. On a 12-month basis, the consensus forecast was for 6.8 percent.

Additionally, the sharp increase in prices since Biden became president has not been accompanied by wage gains, as data from the Department of Labor revealed Friday.

Bedard observed the Skynova survey and similar ones show voters are deeply concerned about the higher costs of items they need and use in their daily lives.

The survey results are revealed “as Biden and House and Senate Democrats are looking to spend $6 trillion more on everything from healthcare benefits to immigration and infrastructure,” he wrote.
