If there is proof that they should've known what they were doing was wrong, then lock them up for 10+ years & fine them 100k+ in fines. Make sure they can NEVER EVER hold a clearance or Gov position again EVER.
IF they have difficulty finding proof that the person knowingly did the illegal thing, then not only do they lose their job/clearance/gov. position forever, but also their employer gets fined AT LEAST 1 million dollars per illegal act by an obviously poorly trained employee. That poor training jeopardized lives & the United States.

I love the internet. I am glad it became a thing because I have learned so much. Things that I didn't know I didn't know. I wouldn't wish it away but life was so much better growing up in the 80's. In the US anyway & in my opinion.
