The Muslim World League is forming a partnership with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change to deliver an educational programme to 100,000 young people.

The project aims to bring together their shared vision of a future generation of educated, empowered and open-minded global citizens.

The Generation Global initiative plans to equip 100,000 teenagers across 18 countries with the skills of critical thinking and dialogue in a bid to empower them to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the future, it says.

Mohammed Al Issa, Secretary General of the Muslim World League, said the move will help create a “better” world.

“The driving purpose of the Generation Global programme is to use tech connectivity to reach as many students as we can and give them the ability and capacity to think in an open-minded way towards those that have different backgrounds and beliefs.

In an effort to shape a national narrative of election fraud occurring “throughout the nation,” former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon is advocating for the dissemination of election “data” for his listeners to bring to their local Republican Party organizations to push for election “audits” in all 50 states.

Bannon has been at the forefront of advocating for sham election “audits” in battleground states around the country. In fact, Bannon and his posse of washed-up MAGA cronies have boasted for being the loudest voice touting the audits, claiming his listeners have “had it on your shoulders from the beginning.”

Now, Bannon is looking past battleground states in an effort to shape a national narrative that election fraud occurred even in states that former president Donald Trump won during the 2020 election.

During his show War Room: Pandemic on July 13, Bannon hosted law professor David Clements to discuss “audit chat rooms” on Telegram that Clements claimed are “set up for every single state” with “over 50,000 patriots” who he alleges are working to push for audits around the country.

Buck was “obsessed” with the practice of “party and play,” which involves drugs and sex, Assistant U.S. Attorney Chelsea Norell told jurors in the trial, which opened this week in Los Angeles.

“The party is the drugs, the play is the sex,” she said in her opening statement Wednesday, according to City News Service. “If they didn’t party, he wasn't interested.”

But one of Buck’s lawyers, Christopher Darden, said this is “conduct millions of people engage in” and that the men who died in Buck’s apartment had underlying medical conditions that led to their deaths. Buck is being singled out for prosecution, said Darden, who rose to prominence when, for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, he helped prosecute O.J. Simpson on murder charges in the 1990s.

L.A. County sheriff’s officers who testified Thursday described what they said was drug paraphernalia and fetish gear in Buck’s apartment. Sgt. Robert Martindale and Deputy Grehtel Barraza said that while investigating Moore’s death, they found items that could be used to inject and smoke methamphetamine, such as syringes and glass pipes, City News reports.

Barraza said that syringes, a pipe, and a “crystal-like substance” that she believed was meth were visible in open drawers of a cabinet. The defense sought to have her testimony stricken from the record, saying she could not have seen what was inside the cabinet, but the judge refused.

Martindale said he saw syringes and other paraphernalia as well, in addition to masks and an electronic dog collar, even though there was no evidence Buck had pets. During cross-examination, Darden said some of the items the officer found could have been used to smoke marijuana, not meth.

The vaccination details of nearly 5,000 Los Angeles County Fire Department employees were posted online this week, prompting concerns about medical privacy and demands for an investigation by a major employee union.

The list of employees and their COVID-19 vaccination data was posted on a privately registered and since deactivated web domain — covid.lacofdems.com — that appears to have been connected to the department’s Emergency Medical Services bureau.

The website, whose registrant remains unclear, contained about 4,900 workers’ full names, birthdates, employee numbers and vaccination details, including shot dates, specific dose information and whether employees had declined an injection.

The Times discovered the release this week and captured the data before the site went down early Thursday night. An analysis revealed that about a quarter of the department’s workers — both firefighters and civilian employees — declined an initial dose earlier this year.

A Times review of information about the domain and a deeper probe into the site’s internet protocol address suggests it was being hosted by a department employee, and therefore not secured by government software or infrastructure.

Before it was taken down, the website’s main page allowed users to submit search queries for names and employee numbers to a database that contained all the workers’ vaccination-related information.

Among those employees whose information was released on the site was Osby, although his birthdate was redacted, unlike those of other department employees. He received his first dose Dec. 23 and the second on Jan. 19, according to the site.

The Times obtained an internal memo, issued by L.A. County Fire Chief Daryl Osby on Thursday, saying that the “unauthorized” website had been online since April “to allow Department employees to retrieve lost vaccination information.”
