For many it's not hate but noble cause corruption. They so firmly believe they are doing the right thing,
they are incapable of seeing the damage their inflicting in their wake. Those that control them probably aren't feeling
hate, either, just an extreme callousness than can only be described as sociopathy or psycopathy. We are
bugs to them. They may hate us, but that's not what is motivating them.
What he's saying is that Milley doesn't actually have any authority, which means that all the idiots
running around on various social media sites claiming Milley was trying to usurp Trump's authority
are full of shit. But he's doing it in a way that's decidedly Trump, i.e., deceptively.

Whatever it is they're doing. That's the point of noble cause corruption, they are completely blinded
by the implications of their actions because they think, truly, that they are answering to a noble cause.
