Request for designated vaccinated people seats at Objectivism conference

My fiancé and I are in a high risk group for Covid and we’re worried about being close to unmasked, unvaccinated people, especially those coming from other countries. Would it be possible to reserve a section at lectures or a table or two at the banquets for those, like us, who would prefer to sit with other vaccinated people?
