Once bacterial pneumonia has started HCQ will do nothing. HCQ and Ivermectin will only work in the very early phases of viral infection in the correct doses. Once the viral load in the body reaches a certain point Remdesivir will not even do any good and you have to treat secondary infections and symptoms accordingly.
In general : Meaning as soon as you might think you have Covid you MUST start HCQ and Ivermectin ASAP! after 48-72 hrs it's too late.
