This image was posted in bread #17893 and it sparked a flurry of posts, all making incorrect conclusions. The DNS fuckery has nothing whatsoever to do with Vanwanet occassionally suffering a connection issue with 8kun. Also, neither your web browser nor your platform has anything to do with the DNS failure. All of this was explained in my analysis here:
