BV, >>14137055 is what bots do regularly in those communication channels. There's usually a setting where you can turn off notifications from random people you don't like and there's a report feature so that hopefully someone can help defend against them.

These bots are common and no channel or whatever usually had perfected methods of avoiding them. Lots of times there are captchas or things that let you verify you're human, but even those measures don't always work.

This doesn't really say anything about the integrity of whoever runs the telegram.
