METRO MANILA FLOOD FUCKERY HAPPENING - see something say something

In short a massive flood is being engineered purposely. The contractor building the storm water drainage just after the La Mesa Dam overspill has blocked the drainage system - local politicians are pretending to run around and be concerned but have done nothing in the last 4 weeks.

When it rains for 20-30 minutes heavy (it's rainy season, so every second day) then the rain run off waters overflow the drains and start flooding the communities nearby.

Now we are in Typhoon season, imagine what will happen with 2-3 days of constant and heavy rain.

Then add in the Aswang (demons) in charge of the dams love to overfill the three dams in sequence then release the 3 dams (Angat->Ipo->La Mesa dams) of water when the rains reach the highest flood point.

It is an ongoing problem and as President Duterte asked on a Televised address to the nation "Why did you release during the storm, you knew it was coming for two weeks?"

Last year Typhoon Ulysses (named Vamco outside Philippines) 100+ people died because they opened the dam gates, the typhoon was ok just normal flooding thanks to Duterte's Build, Build, Build program and his priority on replacing and fixing the entire drainage system throughout Metro Manila. Still when the typhoon had just passed and the minimal flood waters started to recede just a little suddenly a flash flood hit as the released dam waters arrived. This caused a flood, still not too bad, but it caused 100 people to die and tens of thousands without food or shelter.

Currently 30-40 minutes of heavy rain will flood the area surrounding the La Mesa Dam overflow outlet almost as much as the combined typhoon + dam waters of last year.

The contractor building the drainage system there will not stop, will not rectify the water blockage and will not report it upline, the local politician said he cannot stop him, so he's going to sue him in court (that'll take years here, if he even follows through).

So what will happen the areas around the La Mesa dam outflow will flood then when they release the combined dam waters again the water will flow out through areas that do not usually get flooding, this could be on par with Typhoon Ondoy that flooded most of Manial where parts where flooded to the third or fourth story in height.

The residents have contacted the relevant Government departments and met with the usual no reply, or calling the hotline for the waterways - speak to your local politician, I thought this is a hotline. Raffy Tulfo at Channel 5 news has been contacted, with no feedback as of yet to my knowledge.

Can someone get this information to Duterte's corruption department please, it is an easy fix to stop a major fatality event due to these Aswang in human form.
