As with everything else: IF they haven't already, a conglomerate is going to swallow them up/buy them out.

Who will it be? Mars, Nestle, Heinz, or the other toxic wastebucket that owns everything these 3 don't?

Double Check'd

Bet they cashed out to a coglomerate with "an offer they couldn't refuse" - just like every other small independent company has been doing for a few decades now.

Learned this in the very hardest way back in 2007. Took love of dogs to shit to finally sink in. Even warm & fuzzy Chewycom has been bought out by PetSmart/Banfiled, which is owned by Guess Who.

>"free speech"

"that does not reflect its (communist) city and (communist) values."

Only surprised they didn't work the disgustingly-overused "Community" and "culture" into that statement.

When he says "who oppose us, who's the us?

Allow Bella Dodd, and the Communist Party USA, to answer:

Bella Dodd in 1953: Now I saw this was only a facade placed there by the movement to create the illusion of the poor man’s party; it was in reality a device to control the “common man” they so raucously championed.”

One is control over money, and two is control over words/language. They are fast taking over all the nice words, all the nice language of the Christian world, and they are taking them to themselves and giving them new connotation so that when they talk to the world they are saying one thing which is understood by their followers, but to our ears it sounds like the things which we should be saying.”

“The Communist’s theory of getting where it wants is through conflict—creating conflict…  If no conflict exists, they will engender the conflict and engender it in a certain position which drags the whole public opinion to the left in the direction of Communism….

“The American people have got to stop fooling around with just fighting communism in the abstract. They have got to know what the thing means, why they are against it, and how to fight it.”

“I was told by Gil Green, chairman of the party in New York State, that if ever communism came to America it would not come under the Socialist label or the Communist label but it would come under a label palatable to the American people.”

“When we get ready to take the United States, we will not take it under the label of Communism; we will not take it under the label of Socialism. These labels are unpleasant to the American people, and have been smeared too much. We will take the United States under the labels we have made very lovable; we will take it under liberalism, under progressivism, under democracy. But, take it we will.”—Alexander Trachtenberg, member of the CPUSA’s Central Control Committee, at the Communist Party’s National Convention, Madison Square Garden, 1944

In UA’s report, Re-Remembering the Mis-Remembered Left: The Left’s Strategy and Tactics To Transform America, the testimony of Dr. Bella Dodd to the House Un-American Committee (HUAC) in 1953 is frequently quoted and referenced.

UA is making her complete 1953 testimony available for those who wish to read further into her remarkable testimony:

Dr. Bella Dodd was a lawyer, union activist and member of the US Communist Party from 1932 to 1949, rising through its ranks in the national committee until 1949…

CPUSA:

From its inception, the CPUSA had put resources into recruiting African Americans into ranks. … Herbert Aptheker, a long-time member and founder of the American Institute for Marxist Studies, and Angela Davis now attempted to incorporate racial radicalism into the Party….

CPUSA’s modus operandi is to delegitimize and smear American society by depicting it as deeply and irremediably infested with racism, sexism, homophobia, and all manner of injustice

FRONT Groups

In 1935, with the rise of Nazism, the Comintern changed its policy and adopted the Popular Front tactic, which allowed the CPUSA to pose as the anti-fascist defenders of American liberalism. As Earl Bowder, the leader of the CPUSA from 1935 to 1945, declared, “Communism is Twentieth-Century Americanism.” This new tactic increased the Party’s membership… and it simultaneously allowed the Party to infiltrate a whole host of liberal institutions and use them as front groups.

he John Birch Society’s namesake, Captain John Morrison Birch, made an influential difference in JBS Founder Robert Welch’s life. Most of John Birch’s heroic, meaningful life has gone unnoticed to the average eye, but as Welch discovered, this young man stood up for what he believed in and fought diligently for our country until he tragically died.

Mr. Welch worked on showcasing what Birch’s life signified: communism vs. capitalism, freedom vs. tyranny, and Americanism vs. globalism. We invite you to learn more in understanding his legacy.

John Birch was a devoted Christian missionary who heroically served in World War II and was killed by Chinese Communists 10 days after the end of the war, when he was only 27. Communists that were supposedly WWII allies with the U.S.

…When Colonel Jimmy Doolittle led the famous World War II bombing raid on Tokyo, John was brought to the survivors and he helped them to safety, then volunteered, creating an intelligence network that saved countless American lives… He earned the rank of Captain in the 14th Air Force, as well as numerous commendations, including the Legion of Merit.

Birch’s parents had been told that he was killed by a stray bullet, but only after accidentally seeing details of his death due to the carelessness of a young military officer. George and Ethel Birch knew that something had gone terribly wrong, and they didn’t even know that there had been an official investigation. For five years, Ethel traveled the country grilling those men who served with John, from fellow soldiers to commanding officers. JBS.org
