not a lawfag but i think the issue is that someone under that restriction is not allowed to do anything with out permission that includes getting married. Annnnnd if it was allowed that would basically be like transfering a slave to a new owner. Which is what is basically happening in Britneys case.
that poor woman has always had someone controlling her. How do you even ask for help in that situation. She has been a slave since she was a small child, and the times she has had a public breakdown they just doped her back up again and started over with the control. Sadly there are so many children and adults like this in society who are too scared to escape or too corrupted they can not. Its a terrible thing that is coming out and i know even more damning things will soon. We have to pray for their souls that they can return back to God's embrace, so many even in this movement just want to attack without understanding those who have been subjected to this evil are abused victims with very little if any control of the things they have experienced.
