Grace Budd

June 3, 1928

 

In 1928, Fish answered an add by 18 year old Edward Budd who was working for part-time work. Albert Fish, who introduced himself as Frank Howard, met with Edward and his family to discuss his future position. Mr. Howard (Fish) told the family he was looking to hire someone for $15 a week. All excited, the Budd family trusted the kind and polite Mr. Howard. He told the family that the following week he would return and he would take Edward out to his farm to start working. He failed to show on the day promised, but he did send a telegram apologizing and he set a new date. When he showed on the second day, he brought gifts for all the Budd children. He seemed like the typical loving grandfather to the Budd family. After lunch that day, Mr. Howard explained to the family that he had to attend a children's birthday party at his sister's home. He said he would be back later that day to pick up Edward to take them to his farm. He then asked that the Budd's allow him to take their oldest daughter, Grace, with him to the birthday party. They agreed to let her go, not suspecting anything. They dressed her in her best Sunday clothes. Grace left the house with Mr. Howard (Fish) for the very last time. Little Grace Budd was never seen alive again.

The Letter

The investigation went on for six years before the detectives received any break in the case. On November 11, 1934 Mrs. Budd received an anonymous letter which gave details of the murder and cannibalism of her precious baby girl, Grace. The letter tortured Mrs. Budd with the details about the empty house her daughter was taken to in New York. It talked about how she was stripped of her clothing, strangled to death, cut into pieces and eaten.

Some celebrities 'self-isolating' at home are making strange videos, appearing with no make-up, looking disheveled and distressed. As one Anon says, 'This is Hollywood unmasked'. Indeed. The elite satanists seem to be acknowledging defeat.

 

One of the most bizarre examples is Madonna. She has made two videos. In one video she is standing in her bathroom, no makeup, singing a made-up song about 'fried fish' into her hair brush. In the second video, she is sitting naked in a bath of water, saying that we are all in the same boat and we will go down together.

 

Is Madonna signalling to her famous satanist friends that the game is up? An astute Anon has made a connection that seems to indicate it.

So it's odd that MuckRock, a news organization that specializes in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with state and federal government bodies, received mysterious documents about mind control, seemingly by accident.

 

Journalist Curtis Waltman was writing to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC), a joint operation between Washington State law enforcement and the federal government to request information about Antifa and white supremacist groups. He got responses to the questions he asked, but also a file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.” Inside, where documents like this:

At least some of the images appear to be part of an article in Nexus magazine describing a 1992 lawsuit brought by one John St. Clair Akewi against the NSA. Akewi claimed that the NSA had the "ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health" and was documenting their alleged methods.

 

Nexus was, and still is, an Australian magazine focused on the unexplained, conspiracy theories, alternative medicine and the like. It covered Akewi's case in 1996 but was unable to get Akewi to discuss it further: "I tried ringing Mr Akwei to find out what was the out-come, if any, of his court case. He firmly but kindly told me that he could not speak about anything to do with the case over the phone and hung up," reads an editor's note at the end of the article.

 

The federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods, but the documents here do not appear to be official.

 

Waltman had no idea why these documents were included in his request and isn't sure why the government is holding them. The WSFC did not respond to requests for more information.
