AIDS and the AZT Scandal: SPINโ€™s 1989 Feature, โ€˜Sins of Omissionโ€™

The story of AZT, one of the most toxic, expensive, and controversial drugs in the history of medicine

August 17, 1989. Newspapers across America banner-headlined that AZT had been โ€œproven to be effective in HIV antibody-positive, asymptomatic, and early ARC patients,โ€ even though one of the panelโ€™s main concerns was that the drug should only be used in a last-case scenario for critically-ill AIDS patients, due to the drugโ€™s extreme toxicity. Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), was now pushing to expand prescription.

I was also disappointed there was no text of source under the image on that site. Usually journals and news articles list that.

>Wonder who does the polls? Would be funny if it was Smartmatic or Dominion.

Good question. I don't think so though.

The poll was conducted by the Monmouth University Polling Institute in West Long

Branch, NJ

METHODOLOGY

The Monmouth University Poll was sponsored and conducted by the Monmouth University Polling

Institute from December 4 to 8, 2019 with a national random sample of 903 adults age 18 and older. This

includes 363 contacted by a live interviewer on a landline telephone and 540 contacted by a live

interviewer on a cell phone, in English. Telephone numbers were selected through random digit dialing

and landline respondents were selected with a modified Troldahl-Carter youngest adult household

screen. Monmouth is responsible for all aspects of the survey design, data weighting and analysis. The

full sample is weighted for region, age, education, gender and race based on US Census information

(CPS 2018 supplement). Data collection support provided by Braun Research (field) and Dynata (RDD

sample). For results based on this sample, one can say with 95% confidence that the error attributable to

sampling has a maximum margin of plus or minus 3.3 percentage points (unadjusted for sample

design). Sampling error can be larger for sub-groups (see table below). In addition to sampling error, one

should bear in mind that question wording and practical difficulties in conducting surveys can introduce

error or bias into the findings of opinion polls.

That drug was attacked harder than Trump and Russia. Because it was too cheap and the pharmaceutical companies won't make a fortune off it. There's plenty of other things you can do besides more "drugs" as well. High dose Vitamin C. Zink. etcโ€ฆ

That's besides the other reasons for the Vaxx push mind you.

I've posted this video a few times. Watch it when you have a chance.

Also,

Moderna said in mid-April that its vaccine study in adolescents is now fully enrolled, with around 3,000 people ages 12 to 17 slated to receive doses. A second phase of the study will follow, including children who are from 6 months to 11 years old.

Pfizer said it won't be ready to ask the FDA for new emergency use authorization expansions for kids younger than 12 until September. One such request would cover children from 2 to 5 years old; a second would apply to ages 5 to 11. A third request, aimed at protecting infants and toddlers, isn't expected until the fourth quarter of this year.

Austria investigating reported 'Havana syndrome' cases among U.S. envoys

VIENNA, July 17 (Reuters) - Austria is working with the U.S. authorities to get to the bottom of a reported spate of suspected cases of an ailment known as "Havana syndrome" among U.S. diplomats in Vienna, the Austrian Foreign Ministry said on Saturday.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said last month his country is conducting a government-wide review into who or what caused what it suspects were "directed" radio frequency attacks on U.S. diplomats that resulted in various neurological ailments and that first emerged in the Cuban capital in 2016.

The New Yorker magazine said on Friday that since U.S. President Joe Biden took office in January, roughly two dozen U.S. intelligence officers, diplomats and other officials in Vienna have reported symptoms similar to those of Havana syndrome, making it the second-biggest hotspot after Havana.

It's actually the insidious laws that have done that. Especially marriage laws. Just ask any divorced man. Marriage today is a negative sum game for men. And a lot of men are just walking away. And you know something, they've never been happier believe it or not.

The only way to be totally secure and private is to disconnect everything from the internet. However, I think they've got that covered as well. Tiny transmitters imbedded into the hardware. The only sure fire way is just to unplug everything from the wall and take out those coin lithium batteries (on motherboards). kek

Yup. So much for Microshaft and telling everyone that Windows 10 was their final form. They had implemented that to a smaller extent with Win 10. When I read the news about Windows 11, I figure it's time to actually just ship once and for all for linux. I was looking at System76 distro. A lot of people seem to like that one. Was going to try it on my laptop first to give a test drive. Been procrastinating.

I've pretty much had it with the MS shaft.
