On the same day the surgeon general issued his advisory, The Rockefeller Foundation issued a press release announcing $13.5 million in new funding to, among other things, “counter health mis- and disinformation — confusing, inaccurate, and harmful information that spreads at an unprecedented speed and scale and threatens the health and wellbeing of communities around the world.”

The founder of Black Rifle Coffee, the ‘America first’ alternative coffee company that received an endorsement from Trump in 2017 and sponsors conservative media outlets like The Daily Wire and BlazeTV, had extremely harsh words for some of his customer base in a recent interview, calling them “such a repugnant group of people,” among other things.

The company started in 2014 branding itself as pro-military, pro-firearm, pro-law enforcement, and ‘anti-hipster.’ All of which are popular views among the right – hence why the brand gained popularity in the conservative and MAGA movement in 2017.

Despite building the brand off of a very distinct message that is targeted at conservatives, the owner did not hold back when describing how he wanted to “flush the toilet of” some of the customers that doubled their sales over the past 3 years.

Two men charged in alleged plot to blow up the Sacramento Democratic headquarters

Prosecutors announced the charges Thursday and also said the defendants were attempting to coordinate with an extremist militia group.

According to a Justice Department, defendants Ian Benjamin Rogers and Jarrod Copeland selected locations they considered important to Democrats and were apparently motivated by President Trump losing to Democrat Joe Biden in November 2020, based on a text messages found on Rogers' phone.

Prosecutors say Rogers, 45, was arrested with possession of five pipe bombs, 49 firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Other items found in a search at his property included two copies of the U.S. Army Special Forces Guide to Unconventional Warfare, a U.S. Army Guerrilla Warfare Handbook and a "white privilege card."
