I told a froend today, do you know why the federal government did not mandate the vaccine, and gave the corporations to make the decision according the EEOC?
Answer: because they knew theyd be sued to kingdom come when states and corporations mandated them for employment. Its the most stupid thing for any state or corporation to not take the sane stance of the federal government when they have the highest priced attorneys tgat know tge law inside and out.
They relied on tyrannical leftists states to impose the worst impositions to dictate things the fed would not do.
