Evidence presented at hearing today shows Stacey Abrams ran Fulton County elections

Evidence presented at this morning’s public meeting of the Fulton County Commission shows former Democrat gubernatorial candidate and State Rep Stacey Abrams controlled and financed the main contractor used in Fulton County elections during the Nov 3rd poll and the Jan 5th U.S. Senate runoff.

Evidence showed direct financial underwriting of the staffing service Happy Faces Personnel Group, by groups controlled by Abrams. In other words, a highly partisan Democrat political operative controlled the elections in Fulton County, which also involved a Nigerian national.

The meeting is being broadcast live on Fulton County, GA Government TV.

Fulton County residents testified Stacey Abrams owns 16% of ‘Now Account’, and that Now Account financed and recruited employees for Happy Faces.

Happy Faces Personnel Group, a Tucker-based staffing service, has been invaluable to Fulton County for its election workers, said its elections chief, reported local Fulton County online newspaper The Neighbor in early June.

Though the county has been criticized for its reliance on temporary workers, Richard Barron, Fulton’s director of elections and registration, said Happy Faces saves the county money due to the fact that starting around 2015, its supplemental staff could no longer work as full-time employees because of the Affordable Cares Act’s definition of full-timers as anyone working at least 30 hours a week.

“With overtime demands, compliance demands, we would have to double our workforce, if not triple it in big elections,” Barron said. “We needed flexibility and efficiency in the hiring process.”

Forensic Methodology Report: How to catch NSO Group’s Pegasus

Introduction

NSO Group claims that its Pegasus spyware is only used to “investigate terrorism and crime” and “leaves no traces whatsoever”. This Forensic Methodology Report shows that neither of these statements are true. This report accompanies the release of the Pegasus Project, a collaborative investigation that involves more than 80 journalists from 17 media organizations in 10 countries coordinated by Forbidden Stories with technical support of Amnesty International’s Security Lab.[1]

Amnesty International’s Security Lab has performed in-depth forensic analysis of numerous mobile devices from human rights defenders (HRDs) and journalists around the world. This research has uncovered widespread, persistent and ongoing unlawful surveillance and human rights abuses perpetrated using NSO Group’s Pegasus spyware.

As laid out in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, NSO Group should urgently take pro-active steps to ensure that it does not cause or contribute to human rights abuses within its global operations, and to respond to any human rights abuses when they do occur. In order to meet that responsibility, NSO Group must carry out adequate human rights due diligence and take steps to ensure that HRDs and journalists do not continue to become targets of unlawful surveillance.

In this Forensic Methodology Report, Amnesty International is sharing its methodology and publishing an open-source mobile forensics tool and detailed technical indicators, in order to assist information security researchers and civil society with detecting and responding to these serious threats.

This report documents the forensic traces left on iOS and Android devices following targeting with the Pegasus spyware. This includes forensic records linking recent Pegasus infections back to the 2016 Pegasus payload used to target the HRD Ahmed Mansoor.

The Pegasus attacks detailed in this report and accompanying appendices are from 2014 up to as recently as July 2021. These also include so-called “zero-click” attacks which do not require any interaction from the target. Zero-click attacks have been observed since May 2018 and continue until now. Most recently, a successful “zero-click” attack has been observed exploiting multiple zero-days to attack a fully patched iPhone 12 running iOS 14.6 in July 2021.

Sections 1 to 8 of this report outline the forensic traces left on mobile devices following a Pegasus infection. This evidence has been collected from the phones of HRDs and journalists in multiple countries.

Finally, in section 9 the report documents the evolution of the Pegasus network infrastructure since 2016. NSO Group has redesigned their attack infrastructure by employing multiple layers of domains and servers. Repeated operational security mistakes have allowed the Amnesty International Security Lab to maintain continued visibility into this infrastructure. We are publishing a set of 700 Pegasus-related domains.

Names of several of the civil society targets in the report have been anonymized for safety and security reasons. Individuals who have been anonymized have been assigned an alphanumeric code name in this report.

FBI now an entrapment agency, setting innocent Americans up in schemes like Capitol riot, Whitmer ‘kidnapping’

In what many see as further proof that the FBI has gone completely rogue and must be shut down for good, a new report shows that the bureau used at least a dozen operatives to set up a small group of Michigan men in a ‘plot’ to “kidnap” Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer last summer amid ongoing COVID-19 lockdowns.

The Epoch Times, citing a new court filing in the ongoing federal case, reported that a lawyer for one of the defendants noted that the government has identified at least a dozen FBI operatives involved in what was nothing more than an entrapment, since the subjects involved had no plans for Whitmer until they were essentially goaded into the plot by the bureau.

The sources “were assisted by FBI agents working undercover,” Scott Graham, representing defendant Kaleb Franks, said.

“Kaleb is entitled to raise the alternative defense of entrapment. If a jury finds that Kaleb agreed with anyone to kidnap Governor Whitmer, the same jury could find that Kaleb was induced to participate by government agents,” Graham wrote in a motion to filed with the federal judge hearing the case.

“Kaleb is entitled to fully explore and present this defense. To do this, Kaleb needs access to the CHS files maintained by the government. These files are required by FBI and [Department of Justice] rules and will provide crucial information regarding entrapment issues that will not be available elsewhere,” he added.

The Epoch Times continued:

Federal prosecutors last year charged Franks and five others with planning to kidnap Whitmer, a Democrat. Another seven men were charged on the state level.

Richard Trask II, an FBI special agent, wrote in an affidavit supporting the criminal complaint that the bureau “relied on information provided by Confidential Human Sources (CHS) and Undercover Employees (UCE) over several months.”

The FBI vetted each source and none of the sources were aware of others “in order to preserve the independence of their reporting,” he said.

“Franks and four other defendants have pleaded not guilty while the sixth hit with a federal charge pleaded guilty in January to conspiring to kidnap the governor. Ty Garbin, who faces life in prison, promised to cooperate with authorities in the case,” the outlet continued.

This isn’t even the most recent high-profile FBI entrapment case.

Last month, Fox News host Tucker Carlson and Revolver News latched onto details contained in federal court papers listing “unindicted co-conspirators” who were allegedly involved in the Capitol “riot.” In the past, that term has been utilized by federal prosecutors to denote FBI informants and undercover agents who worked to foment and illicit illegal behavior from individuals who otherwise would not have committed any crime.

In the case of the Capitol assault, several hundred supporters of President Donald Trump were swept up in the moment and encouraged by those same operatives to “storm the Capitol” while lawmakers were meeting inside to certify the election theft on behalf of Joe Biden.

Trained observers who can spot instigators of unrest and riots spotted dozens of men who were ‘out of place’ at the Capitol that day; regimented, disciplined, ranks of men dressed in camouflage and sporting body armor and other protective equipment — just the kind of gear you wouldn’t see people wearing if they were just in D.C. to hear Trump’s speech that day.

What’s more, we also now know that the deep state FBI was spying on so-called “right-wing extremists” months before the Capitol incident.

“The FBI’s requests for access to masses of electronic communications harvested by the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealed in a newly declassified report from the United States’ secret surveillance court,” the Daily Mail reported in recent days, revealing the FBI didn’t act alone.

“It shows the FBI has continued to perform warrantless searches through the NSA’s most sensitive databases for routine criminal investigations, despite being told by a federal judge in 2018 and 2019 that such a use was an unconstitutional breach of privacy,” the outlet added.

Our ‘justice’ institutions no longer serve the people, the target the people.

Democrats introduced a bill to rename more than 1,000 forests, lakes, and mountain peaks named with racist slurs or offensive language

Over 1,000 places in the US, like streams and mountain peaks, have been flagged for offensive names.

Democrats in Congress introduced a bill aimed at reviewing and revising the offensive names.

Places that have been flagged include slurs for Black people, Native Americans, and Mexicans living in the US.

See more stories on Insider's business page.

Congressional Democrats introduced a bill Friday to rename more than 1,000 places in the US named with offensive language and racist slurs.

Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Edward Markey, and Rep. Al Green introduced the bill along with 25 cosponsors in the House of Representatives, all Democrats.

Lawmakers first introduced the bill last year with Rep. Deb Haaland, who now serves as the secretary of the interior as the first Native American cabinet secretary in US history.

"We need to immediately stop honoring the ugly legacy of racism and bigotry, and that's why I'm introducing the Reconciliation in Place Names Act with my colleagues," Warren said in a statement.

3 Companies Now Make Up 50% of U.S. Ad Revenues

Every year in the U.S., CFOs and marketing executives gather to allocate a portion of company funds towards advertising budgets. Today, on average, over half of those U.S. ad dollars end up in the deep pockets of just three tech stocks—Amazon, Google, and Facebook.

The advertising landscape is changing beyond recognition. Today’s data takes a closer look at annual U.S. advertising dollars, where Big Tech stocks continue to grow their presence.

The Ad Dollars in 2020

The U.S. is home to some of the biggest advertising spenders in the world. Despite a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S. advertising spend was worth just over $225 billion in 2020.

The Big Tech ad triopoly made roughly $120 billion of this, and are taking up more market share with every year. One reason for this is the industry’s move towards digital ads, which now make up almost two-thirds of all ad spending.

An Unlikely Competitor

Big Tech stocks like Google and Facebook are well known pure plays on the advertising space. However, Amazon’s inclusion may come as a surprise. Typically known for their ecommerce business, Amazon now also makes over $16 billion in ad revenue each year.

Afghan Govt Accuses Pakistan of Giving Military Support to the Taliban

Pakistan rejected an accusation that it is providing the Taliban air support

On Friday, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani accused Pakistan of providing support to the Taliban and called on Islamabad to use its influence to push for peace.

“Intelligence estimates indicate the influx of over 10,000 jihadi fighters from Pakistan and other places in the last month, as well as, support from their affiliates and the transnational terrorist organizations,” Ghani said at a summit in Uzbekistan.

The Taliban and the Afghan government have been fighting over the Spin Boldak border crossing with Pakistan. On Thursday, Afghanistan’s First Vice President Amrullah Saleh accused Pakistan of giving the Taliban air support in the fighting, which Pakistan denied.

Saleh said Islamabad had issued a warning to the Afghan army that any move to “dislodge the Taliban from Spin Boldak” would be repelled by the Pakistani air force. Pakistan’s foreign ministry denied the charge and said its air force was restricted to protecting Pakistan’s air space.

“Pakistan responded positively to Afghan government’s right to act in its territory. In spite of very close border operations normally not acceded to by internationally accepted norms/standards/procedures, Pakistan took necessary measures within its territory to safeguard our own troops and population,” Pakistan’s foreign ministry said.

A report from Afghanistan’s Tolo News said the Afghan government “aborted” airstrikes after warnings from Pakistan that Afghan warplanes were too close to its border. A document obtained by Tolo said the Pakistanis warned the planes not to come within 18 kilometers (11.1 miles) of the border.

Pentagon Gains Two New Air Bases in Hungary

U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and officials from the Hungarian Defense Force met at the Kecskemét Air Base in Hungary on July 16 to sign an agreement allowing the U.S. assess to and use of two air bases in the country. The bases are the one the agreement was signed at and the Pápa Air Base.

Army Major General Charles Miller, EUCOM’s director of plans, policy, strategy and capabilities, was quoted by his command’s website as stating: “These agreements allow U.S. forces to access and utilize these air bases in cooperation with the Hungarian Defence Force.” Indicating that securing the bases is not the final stage in bilateral military cooperation, he added, “This signing brings with it new opportunities for even greater collaboration and coordination with our Hungarian Allies.”

The agreement was reached under provisions of the 2019 Defense Cooperation Agreement between the U.S. and Hungary. Similar pacts have been signed with most former members of the long-defunct Warsaw Pact to provide air bases to the U.S. and NATO since 2004. A partial list of such bases will follow.

The American chargé d’dffaires in Budapest, Marc Dillard, affirmed: “This signing demonstrates that the Defense Cooperation Agreement continues to deepen our already robust collective defense cooperation as NATO Allies and helps us prepare for the 21st century security challenges we face together.”

After Hungary joined the military alliance in 1999 the Pápa Air Base was declared a NATO reserve base. It was designated a Main Operating Base and hosted three NATO Strategic Airlift Capability aircraft from 2007 onward.

In 2020 the NATO Support and Procurement Agency completed a project to modernise components of the base. It has hosted C-17 Globemaster III long-range cargo jets as the Heavy Airlift Wing facet of the 12-nation multinational Strategic Airlift Capability, the world’s first multinational strategic airlift operation. Its partners at the time it achieved full operational capability in 2012 were NATO members Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and the U.S., as well as (now) NATO Enhanced Opportunities Partners Finland and Sweden. The base and the operation were used extensively for NATO’s war in Afghanistan.

President of Defense Department's Medical School Steps Down Amid Controversy

Dr. Richard Thomas, a surgeon, dentist and retired Army two-star general, has submitted his resignation as president of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, according to a letter he wrote colleagues last week obtained by Military.com.

Thomas, who has led the Bethesda, Maryland-based school since 2016, had been endorsed unanimously by the school's Board of Regents for a second five-year term after his current term was to end July 31.

But as he had yet to hear from Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin about his contract renewal and to "ensure a smooth transition," Thomas announced June 14 that he planned to resign, effective July 19.

"I have been proud to serve as your president and if the secretary decides that is best for the enterprise I will be honored to continue in this role,” he wrote in his letter. “But a smooth transition is critical given the broad scope of USU responsibilities and the scheduled re-accreditation.”

Thomas said that the school’s senior vice president, retired Rear Adm. Dr. William Roberts, will step up as interim president.

The Defense Department did not respond to a request for comment by publication.

The end of Thomas' tenure at the 50-year-old school has been controversial: In December, then-Assistant Secretary for Health Affairs Thomas McCaffery moved to dismiss Thomas. McCaffery said that Thomas had mishandled charges that a subordinate disclosed the personal information of an adjunct faculty member found to have plagiarized several research papers in an effort to get him kicked out of multiple military medical organizations.

But advocates say the dismissal is linked to Thomas' fights against budget cuts for the university.

Politico reported that Dr. Jonathan Woodson, president of the university's board of regents who served as assistant secretary of defense for health affairs while Thomas was on active duty, wrote then-Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller late last year to address the issue.

"The relationship between Mr. McCaffery and Dr. Thomas has often been one of professional tension as a result of Dr. Thomas' dedication to mission and firm yet always ethical and enlightened defense of the University from those in the budget community who sought its closure," Woodson wrote in a Dec. 31 letter obtained by Politico. "The timing of the proposed actions, the significant inconsistencies in the letter and the draconian punishment proposed make me suspect other personal issues are involved."

Maryland Sens. Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin, both Democrats, wrote Miller on Jan. 8 about the issue, urging him to review McCaffery's decision to fire Thomas.

The action, the senators said, "raises serious questions about its basis and whether it is retaliatory in nature."

"The fact that this action is taking place despite the strenuous objections of the President of the USU Board of Regents raises serious questions about its basis and whether it is retaliatory in nature," Van Hollen and Cardin wrote. "Dr. Thomas has served USU with distinction and integrity, and the United States is fortunate to have him in a position of leadership."

Before being named president of the university, Thomas served as deputy director of the Defense Health Agency.

The Rockefeller Foundation Commits $13.5 Million in Funding to Strengthen Public Health Response Efforts

Funding In Support of New Surgeon General’s Advisory on the Harms of Health Misinformation

July 15, 2021—The Rockefeller Foundation is announcing $13.5 million in new funding to strengthen Covid-19 response efforts in the U.S., Africa, India, and Latin America to counter health mis- and disinformation – confusing, inaccurate, and harmful information that spreads at an unprecedented speed and scale and threatens the health and wellbeing of communities around the world. The announcement responds immediately to Confronting Health Misinformation: The U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory on Building a Healthy Information Environment, which calls for a “whole-of-society” effort so that people around the world know what to do—and trust the sources they hear from—during a public health emergency.

“By identifying mis- and disinformation as a challenge to our collective health, the Surgeon General’s guidance reinforces The Rockefeller Foundation’s role in investing in data-driven public health interventions to meet the unique challenges of today’s media environment,” said Bruce Gellin, Chief of Global Public Health Strategy at The Rockefeller Foundation.

The funding will support the design and evaluation of interventions, tools, and methods to build trust in Covid-19 vaccination efforts and counter inaccurate information, and research to understand how inaccurate health information impacts online and offline behaviors, the true cost of mis- and disinformation on health and economic outcomes, and what strategies might be most effective to counter and manage inaccurate and harmful information from malicious sources. Funded projects will provide a foundation for modern information and communication networks that better serve people and are better prepared to encourage actions and behaviors essential to public health response efforts. Detailed information is slated to be released by the end of 2021.

“Science alone is not sufficient to drive action: the best data analysis in the world will not stop an outbreak if people at risk are not aware of the problem, do not think it is a real threat, do not trust the messenger, or do not know what actions to take to protect themselves and their loves ones,” said Estelle Willie, Director of Health Policy and Communications at The Rockefeller Foundation. “The Rockefeller Foundation’s $13.5 million commitment is a direct acknowledgment that effective public health begins with effective communication that cuts through the noise and confusion stemming from mis- and disinformation.”

Today’s announcement marks another step in The Rockefeller Foundation’s commitment to reinvigorate public health for the 21st century so that the world can effectively prevent, detect, and respond to health threats to avert future pandemics. This investment builds on the Foundation’s U.S. Equity-First Vaccination Initiative, which supports community-based organizations serving people of color with the expertise and resources to own and drive evidence-based, misinformation-resilient conversations about vaccines in their communities. Launched in April 2021, the year-long initiative will identify effective strategies to increase vaccine confidence in diverse communities, and assess, to the extent possible, the role misinformation plays in shaping knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about Covid-19 vaccines.

Biden's DOJ won't prosecute Wilbur Ross after watchdog found he gave false testimony to Congress

The Department of Justice (DOJ) will not bring charges against former Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross after a government watchdog found that he gave false testimony to Congress about the Trump administration's failed effort to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.

In a letter to congressional leaders that was released Friday, Commerce Department Inspector General Peggy Gustafson said that her office had provided evidence to the Justice Department that Ross had not been truthful in a pair of House committee hearings in 2018, but federal prosecutors declined to bring perjury charges against the former secretary.

"Our investigation established that the then-Secretary misrepresented the full rationale for the reinstatement of the citizenship question during his March 20, 2018, testimony before the House Committee on Appropriations and again in his March 22, 2018, testimony before the 2 House Committee on Ways and Means," Gustafson wrote. "During Congressional testimony, the then-Secretary stated his decision to reinstate the citizenship question was based solely on a DOJ request."

The letter was first reported by the news outlet Government Executive.

A DOJ spokesman was not immediately able to comment.

Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.), the chairwoman of the House Oversight Committee, vowed to continue investigating the Trump administration's efforts on the citizenship question, which she said aimed "to skew the census for political gain."

“The independent Inspector General has confirmed what the Oversight Committee found in our extensive investigation: that Secretary Ross misled Congress and the American people about the true motivations behind the Trump Administration’s illegal efforts to add a citizenship question to the census," Maloney said in a statement Monday. "Lying to Congress is unacceptable, and the IG did the right thing by referring Secretary Ross’s conduct to the Justice Department."

Ross repeatedly insisted in 2018 and 2019 that the decision to add the citizenship question was solely based on a DOJ request for data to inform its efforts to enforce the Voting Rights Act (VRA).

But in her letter on Friday, Gustafson said there was evidence Ross had been exploring the addition of a citizenship question long before the December 2017 DOJ request.

"However, evidence shows there were significant communications related to the citizenship question among the then-Secretary, his staff, and other government officials between March 2017 and September 2017, which was well before the DOJ request memorandum," the inspector general's letter reads. "Evidence also suggests the Department requested and played a part in drafting the DOJ memorandum. Further, the then-Secretary sent a memorandum to the Department on June 21, 2018, clarifying his deliberations regarding adding a citizenship question to the Decennial Census. In this memorandum, the then-Secretary stated he began considering the content of the 2020 Census, to include reinstating the citizenship question, soon after his appointment to Secretary."

Ex-Mossad chief accused of sharing classified intel with flight attendant — TV

Complaint alleging Yossi Cohen leaked information to close personal contact reportedly being reviewed by AG; former intelligence agency director flatly denies claims

Former Mossad intelligence agency director Yossi Cohen is suspected of sharing classified information with a flight attendant with whom he was in close personal contact for the past two years, Channel 13 reported Monday night.

A complaint has been filed with the Justice Ministry, which is being reviewed by Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit, the report said.

Cohen flatly denied the allegations, telling the network: “There is no flight attendant, there is no close relationship, the attorney general has not contacted me” about the complaint.

Cohen was criticized earlier this month over an interview in which the ex-spymaster intimated that his agency blew up Iran’s underground centrifuge facility at Natanz, gave a precise description of the 2018 operation in which Mossad stole Iran’s nuclear archive from safes in a Tehran warehouse, confirmed that Iran’s assassinated top nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh had been in Mossad’s sights for years, and said the regime needs to understand that Israel means what it says when it vows to prevent Iran attaining nuclear weapons.

The interview, which appeared to be the most revelatory ever given by a Mossad chief so closely following the end of his active service, was broadcast after Cohen ended his term as the spy agency’s leader on June 1, and was succeeded by David Barnea.

Cohen, known as “the model” inside the Mossad, had an unusually public persona for an Israeli spy chief, even as he oversaw operations against Iran’s nuclear program and helped guide Israel’s clandestine ties with Arab nations.

Appointed by former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Cohen has said he does not rule out seeking to become prime minister one day, though he was not contemplating such an ambition at the moment.

Cuban exiles warn: U.S. leftists threaten freedom and work to destabilize nation

The beginning for the end of freedom in Cuba seemingly happened without warning to those who living on the island nation. It’s not that they didn’t see it coming. They just didn’t want to believe it.

Cuban exiles, including those in my family, remember the years leading up to the revolution. They understand that liberty is fragile because they watched it slip from their grasp and their lives were upended. They warn that in some ways, the United States is on a similar path.

Felix Rodriguez, a Cuban-American who served as a Paramilitary officer in the CIA during Castro’s revelation, told me on The Sara Carter Show that Cuba serves as a warning to all Americans and ‘we need to open our eyes to see what is happening in our own nation before it is too late.”

“For a lot of Americans very difficult to understand what it is to lose your country to communism, you can read it but you have to experience to feel what it’s like when you are taking it away from your home from your family, you are not able to return and that’s something that will stick with you for the rest of your life,” said Rodriquez. “It is true unless you experience it you can’t understand what communism really is…they confiscate everything of your property. This is what really happens when socialism takes a hold of a country.”

On April 17, 1961, Rodriguez, who was then 19-year-old Cuban-American, participated with the CIA in the failed Bay of Pigs invasion under then President John F. Kennedy. It was a tragedy for those who participated and waited on that day for U.S. backup that never arrived. The clandestine operation ended in many lives lost and many Cuban patriots who fought for freedom that fateful day ended up in Castro’s prisons.

That is why many Cuban Americans, like Rodriguez, warn that communism is a battle that all American’s should fight and an ideal that cannot be ignored. Now on the streets of Havana, Cuba protestors are being taken into custody. They will either be killed or jailed for an indefinite period of time, while others will be forced to march in support of the communist regime or face the same consequences.

This is why, Rodriguez and others warn that what happened in Cuba and other communist regimes can happen in America.

UFC wrestler Jorge Masvidal, whose father fled Cuba’s Castro regime, warned last week that some U.S. celebrities misguide American youth with lies that communist regimes provide more equitable life for their citizens. He directed his comments at Colin Kaepernick, who had in the past worn shirts lauding Fidel Castro.

Castro led a revolution based on lies and deceit, said Rodriquez. Those lies led some to follow him without question and Castro became the official leader of Cuba from 1959 up until 2008. He served as the prime minister of the country from 1959 to 1976. Then later in fraudulent elections as a pseudo president dictator from 1976 to 2008. Even the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 didn’t end the communist dictatorship just miles from U.S. shores.

Rodriquez warned “that’s why I am so worried about this country…There is no other country like the United States.”

In the beginning Castro denied that he was a communist and the media lapped up Castro’s lies, recalled Rodriguez. With the media under Castro’s spell and espousing the same rhetoric Castro was able to target his enemies with impunity, killing those who opposed the government with firing squads.

Castro “assassinated hundreds of Cubas, in those firing squads.” Rodriguez said the horrors of the regime is what motivated him to join the operation with the United States to target the Castro regime.

Italian Carabinieri Arrest 11 Alleged Cosa Nostra Members

Italian police detained 11 suspected members of a Sicilian mafia clan from the village of Torretta, near Palermo. The clan is historically tied to the Cosa Nostra and the New York mafia and the suspects are accused of infiltrating the Sicilian political and economic institutions, as well as being affiliated with organized crime in New York, according to Italian Carabinieri.

Police also said that the men detained in operation “Crystal Tower” have also been accused of “belonging to a gangster association, drug trafficking and extortion.”

Torretta, a village of 4,000 people, has been known as a mafia stronghold allied with the so-called 'escaped' bosses of the faction defeated by the Corleone clan of Totò Riina at the end of the second mafia war (1981-1984) and forced into exile in the United States.

“The investigation demonstrated the relationship between the gangsters of Italy and the United States, the oppressive penetration into the economic fabric of the community and the contamination of local institutions,” Carabinieri’s General, Arturo Guarino, said.

The Torretta family controls public works, construction, agriculture and cattle breeding in the Palermo region, according to Italian news agency ANSA. Nearly three years ago they reportedly welcomed an emissary of one of the New York mafia families.

Police also said that they intercepted the so-called ‘pizzini’ — confidential mafia correspondence — sent via the Torrettas to one of the most wanted fugitives in Europe, Sicilian mafia boss Matteo Messina Denaro, also known as Diabolik.

Thanks to its ties with the New York mafia, the Torretta clan began to regain strength again, aimed at returning the glory of the past and becoming the bridge between clans on two continents — “the souls of Cosa Nostra, the Sicilian and the overseas one, which have always been two sides of the same coin,” police concluded.

CBP Officers at El Paso seize cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, and arrest 23 fugitives from justice in one week

EL PASO, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers at the El Paso area ports of entry, seized over 71 pounds of cocaine, 0.74 pounds of fentanyl, 109 pounds of marijuana and arrested 23 fugitives from justice within the span of a week.

“CBP Officers continue to work hard and remain dedicated to securing our border” said Director, Field Operations Hector A. Mancha. “These interceptions and arrests are examples of the remarkable job our CBP Officers do every day to keep our country safe.”

The first narcotics interception occurred on Thursday July 8 at the Paso Del Norte border Crossing. A drug sniffing dog alerted to the odor of narcotics coming from a Chevy Trail Blazer driven by 24-year-old United States citizen. Upon search of the vehicle, CBP Officers discovered a total of 101 bundles with a weight of 109 pounds of marijuana. The drugs were hidden in the doors and under the hood.

The following day, CBP Officers intercepted over 67 pounds of cocaine from United States citizens in three unrelated drug smuggling attempts. Early Friday morning, CBP Officers at the Paso Del Norte border crossing seized over 26 pounds of cocaine hidden in the quarter panels of a Nissan Sentra driven by a 19-year-old female. Later that day at the Ysleta Port of Entry, CBP Officers inspected a Toyota Corolla driven by a 24-year-old man and discovered 13 bundles of cocaine weighing 30 pounds, hidden in the vehicle. A few minutes later back at the Paso Del Norte border crossing, CBP Officers discovered the third narcotics seizure of the day when a 26-year-old male attempted to smuggle 10 pounds of cocaine hidden in the seats of a Hyundai Azera.

Finally, on Saturday morning, at the Ysleta Port of Entry, CBP Officers discovered over four pounds of cocaine and .74 pounds of fentanyl inside the engine area of a Dodge pickup truck. The driver of the truck was a 30-year-old United States citizen.

In addition to the narcotics interceptions, CBP Officers from across the El Paso Field Office, which spans across West Texas and New Mexico, arrested 23 fugitives from justice. The arrests made were for crimes such as: probation violation, theft, assault, alien smuggling, dangerous drugs, failure to appear, larceny, crimes arrest morality and decency, and terroristic threats.

All subjects were arrested by CBP Officers and turned over to local and federal authorities to face charges.

Wall Street Meltdown As Dow Falls More Than 800 Points

World stocks and oil prices sank Monday as the spreading Delta virus variant fuelled fears it could undermine the economic recovery, and the OPEC+ alliance agreed to hike output.

Safe haven assets were the order of the day amid a generalised sell-off of risky investments.

Oil prices plunged after OPEC+ agreed Sunday to pump an extra 400,000 barrels per day each month from August to meet rising demand as economies reopen.

London stocks gave up 2.3 percent at the close after the UK government lifted England's daily pandemic curbs despite soaring infection rates.

In eurozone trade, Frankfurt slumped by 2.6 percent and Paris shed 2.5 percent, and in New York the Dow Jones index was off by 2.4 percent, falling 837.65 points to 33,847. 57.

Europe mirrored sharp losses in Asia as investors dumped risky investments and fretted that runaway inflation could spark central bank interest rate hikes.

Gen. Milley Told Trump He'd Be 'Held Criminally Negligible' If He Didn't Assassinate Soleimani

President Donald Trump assassinated top Iranian General Qasem Soleimani after reportedly being threatened by General Mark Milley and a group of Israel First GOP Senators who could have had him impeached.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Mark Milley reportedly pressured Trump to sign off on the assassination by telling him "you will be held criminally negligible for the rest of your life if you don't do this," according to the new book "I Alone Can Fix It" by Philip Rucker and Carol Leonnig.

Michael Bender's new book, "Frankly, We Did Win This Election" backed up previous reporting that Trump carried out the hit to appease Israel First warhawks in the GOP who were threatening to have him impeached.

Excerpts via Nonilex on Twitter:

The New York Times reported last year that it was Senators Lindsey Graham and Tom Cotton who pressured Trump to carry out the assassination.

Trump Slams Pence, McCain, and McConnell In New Interview, Says Biggest Regret Is Not Using Military On BLM Rioters

Trump pillories many high-profile RINOs in an interview with two journalists at Mar-a-Lago

In an interview with Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker for an upcoming book of theirs, former President Donald Trump slammed many high-profile political figures and administration officials who attempted to sabotage his presidency, and expressed that his main regret during his first term was not using the military to put down violent riots and looting instigated by left-wing black supremacists in the wake of convicted felon George Floyd’s death.

Vanity Fair published an excerpt from the book this week that describes a recent interview with Trump in March at Mar-a-Lago. Though the writers continually stress that Trump is lying or making debunked claims in the excerpt, little is presented in the way of actually disproving anything he said.

“Had Mike Pence had the courage to send it back to the legislatures, you would have had a different outcome, in my opinion,” Trump said in the excerpt of former Vice president Mike Pence’s refusal to take a stand for election integrity in January, adding “What courage would have been is to do what Thomas Jefferson did [and said], ‘We’re taking the votes.’ That would have been politically unacceptable. But sending it back to these legislatures, who now know that bad things happened, would have been very acceptable.”

Trump also spoke about disgraced former Attorney General Bill Barr in the excerpt, stating, “Barr disliked me at the end, in my opinion, and that’s why he made the statement about the election, because he did not know. And I like Bill Barr, just so you know. I think he started off as a great patriot, but I don’t believe he finished that way.”

“I’m very disappointed in Kavanaugh,” Trump said in the excerpt, expressing disappointment in his appointees to the Supreme Court. “I needed better judges. The Supreme Court was afraid to take it,” he noted, adding, “It should have been reversed by the Supreme Court. I’m very disappointed in the Supreme Court because they did a very bad thing for the country.”

Trump also spoke about deceased Republican John McCain, stating, “John McCain was a bad guy. He was a bully and a nasty guy, bad guy. A lot of people disliked him. Last in his class in Annapolis. All that stuff, but he was a bad guy. I say it to you. I don’t care.” Trump went on refer to Mitch McConnell as a “knucklehead” and a “stupid person” with “no personality,” Chris Christie as “very disloyal,” and Nikki Haley as “someone who wants to come here [to Mar-a-Lago] very badly” but “has been killed by the [Republican] party” after releasing “nasty” statements attacking Trump.

The main regret Trump expressed in the excerpt about his first term was that he did not use the military to put an end to violent, criminal Black Lives Matter Riots ravaging American cities in 2020. Many outlets have reported that people such as Mark Milley, Jared Kushner, and Bill Barr sided with looters against the president when he contemplated such an action. “I think if I had it to do again, I would have brought in the military immediately,” Trump said.

VoterGA Says Evidence Indicates Multiple Georgia Counties May Have Even More Election Fraud Than Fulton

VoterGA announced today it has evidence election result discrepancies in other Georgia counties may be worse than those it presented for Fulton County at a VoterGA press conference Tuesday."

Election integrity nonprofit organization Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA) released a statement on Monday claiming that evidence shows the rate of election discrepancies may be even higher in Georgia counties other than Fulton. VoterGA showcased a trove of evidence indicating that the error reporting rate in Fulton County was a staggering 60%.

“VoterGA announced today it has evidence election result discrepancies in other Georgia counties may be worse than those it presented

for Fulton County at a VoterGA press conference Tuesday,” the press release stated. “The revelation came as VoterGA formalized its call for a truly independent, forensic audit of all county results for the November 3rd, 2020 and January 5th, 2021 elections.”

The press release continued, “According to VoterGA, a full statewide audit of November, 2020 and January, 2021 election results should validate voter eligibility. It must also include forensic authenticity, security assessments, and accuracy verification” involving “Physical ballots,” “Scanner/Tabulators,” and “Election server images.” The statement also notes that “VoterGA further insisted that any such Georgia audit must be conducted by a truly independent team that has no relationship with any Georgia officials who conducted the elections.”

As National File reported last week, VoterGA found massive evidence of election irregularities in Fulton County:

VoterGA states that its “team’s analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail–in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton’s official November 3rd 2020 results.” The error reporting rates for the 1,500-odd ballots in question is a staggering 60%. Joe Biden was declared the winner of Georgia by the razor-thin margin of 12,670 votes in 2020.

The VoterGA statement notes, “The team found at least 36 batches of mail–in ballots with 4,255 total extra votes were redundantly added into Fulton Co. audit results for the November election. These illicit votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.” Additionally, the VoterGA team reportedly found 7 falsified audit tally sheets, which showed ballot images showing results of “554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson” falsified to record “850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson” on tally sheets.

“Fulton Co. failed to include over 100,000 tally sheets, including more than 50,000 from mail–in ballots, when the results were originally published for the full hand count audit conducted by the office of the Secretary of State for the November 3rd 2020 election,” the statement noted.

Experts have stated that the amount of fraudulent votes cast in the Georgia election could potentially exceed Democrat President Joe Biden’s 12,670 vote margin of victory in the state.

Texas Democrats’ stay in DC to cost about $1.5M, lawmaker says

The tab for Texas Democrats to jet to Washington, DC, and remain in the nation’s capital until next month to forestall Republican-led election legislation is estimated to be about $1.5 million, one of the Lone Star State lawmakers said Monday.

The group of about 60 legislators — five of whom have contracted the coronavirus on the trip — arrived in DC via two chartered flights last Monday and will stay until the session expires on Aug. 7 to deprive the state House of Representatives of a quorum.

The price of keeping them out of Texas will be about $1.5 million, state Rep. Armando Walle told NBC News.

He said the private charter jets cost the group more than $100,000, leaving housing, meals and transportation as the bulk of the remaining costs.

Kim clement second Snowden prophesy!

Snowden Lauds Reporting on Israeli Spyware Scandal as 'Story of Year'

Former US intelligence officer and whistleblower Edward Snowden has dubbed revelations about government agencies using software developed by the Israeli NSO Group to spy on activists and reporters worldwide "the story of the year."

According to an investigation by seventeen media outlets from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and other countries, NSO Group's software Pegasus was used to hack smartphones which belonged to human rights activists and lawyers, journalists, business executives, and even two women who were close to journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was assassinated at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in October 2018.

"Stop what you're doing and read this. This leak is going to be the story of the year," Snowden tweeted, adding that the Israeli company "should bear direct, criminal liability for the deaths and detentions of those targeted by the digital infection vectors it sells, which have no legitimate use."

Meanwhile, NSO Group has already dismissed the information reported by the media as "uncorroborated theories," while also casting doubts on the trustworthiness of the investigation's sources.

60% of People Being Admitted to Hospital with Covid-19 in England Have Been Fully Vaccinated

60% of people being admitted to the hospital with Covid-19 in England are fully vaccinated, Sky News reported.

According to Sir Patrick Vallance, the government’s chief scientific advisor, Covid patients have received two doses of the Covid vaccine.

“In terms of the number of people in hospital who’ve been double-vaccinated, we know it’s around 60% of the people being admitted to hospital with COVID,” Vallance said.

“We do expect there to be over 1,000 people per day being hospitalized with coronavirus because of the increase in infections,” he added. “But the rates should be lower than they have been previously because of the protective effects of vaccination.”

Vallance continued to defend the dangerous, ineffective and experimental Covid vaccines.

“They’re very, very effective, but not 100%, and as a higher proportion of the population is double-vaccinated, it’s inevitable that those 10% of that very large number remain at risk, and therefore will be amongst the people who both catch the infection and end up in hospital.”

Apollo's Black Paid His Long-Time Mistress Millions To Keep Affair Under Wraps

Leon Black might be the only billionaire in America who is having a worse year than Bill Gates.

As Black continues to face suspicions surrounding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein (whom Black paid more than $100MM for tax consulting purposes), the Apollo founder is also facing a lawsuit accusing him of forcing a former model into a yearslong abusive relationship. In her lawsuit, filed June 1, she accused Black of rape, abuse and enforcing a "cycle of intimidation, abuse and humiliation."

But on Tuesday, Black - or, we should say, Black's lawyers - offered some compelling claims that appeared to rebut the model's original lawsuit. In the document, Black's lawyers claimed that the private equity baron had been in a consensual relationship with the model - Russian-born Guzel Ganieva - for six years before she started trying to extort him, at which point the relationship ended.

"…in March 2021—after having accepted payments month in and month out, for well over five years, totaling millions of dollars—Ganieva posted a series of tweets proclaiming, among other things, that Mr. Black had “sexually harassed and abused” her “for years.” Those statements were vicious, devastating—and utterly false."

During that time, he lavished her with gifts. According to the filing, Black gave Ganieva millions of dollars of presents, paid the rent for her apartment on the Upper East Side, bought her a luxury car and Steinway piano, financed lavish vacations, paid her tuition at acting school and at Columbia University, and financed a $40K commissioned portrait of her.

Roundly denying the allegations and calling the complaint "a work of fiction," Black rebutted Ganieva's claims and made some of his own, including accusing him of trying to blackmail him in 2015 by threatening to go public with their relationship. Black even went to the trouble of surreptitiously recording their conversations and save text messages sent between the two.

The filing included messages of love and appreciation sent immediately following an alleged sexual assault that supposed occurred on July 6, 2014.

"It was very nice to see you last night…I love you and thank you!!!! Xoxoxoxoxo and more love," Ms. Ganieva wrote to Mr. Black the next morning, according to the filing.

Another message appears to show her initiating contact with the former Apollo chief before the alleged incident, telling him "[t]his is love. I need you…" and asking him to bring a bottle of wine to her home that evening. In her original complaint, Ganieva alleged that Black "barged" into her apartment against her will on the day she says he assaulted her.

Black abruptly left Apollo in March, several months before his planned retirement date. Despite this, an internal investigation found that Black had no knowledge of and was not involved in any criminal behavior by Epstein.

California's PG&E Admits Their Equipment May Have Started Yet Another Wildfire

Pacific Gas & Electric admitted in recently filed documents that their equipment may have started yet another California wildfire.

In Monday documents filed with the California Public Utilities Commission, PG&E reported that a worker responding to a circuit outage at 7 a.m. on July 13 noticed blown fuses in a conductor on top of a pole, a tree leaning into the conductor, and a fire at the base of the tree. The ensuing Dixie fire in Feather River Canyon has burned 30,074 acres and is 15% contained.

The report, posted to the PG&E website, says that due to “challenging terrain and road work resulting in a bridge closure,” the worker could not reach the pole with the blown fuse until around 4:40 p.m. that day.

When the troubleman arrived, he observed “a fire on the ground near the base of the tree,” as well as “two of three fuses blown and what appeared to him to be a healthy green tree leaning into the Bucks Creek 1101 12 kV conductor, which was still intact and suspended on the poles,” the report says.

This is hardly the first time PG&E equipment has been linked to major wildfires - including the 2018 'Camp' fire that killed 85 people in the town of Paradise - the deadliest wildfire in California's recorded history.

PG&E equipment was also linked to the deadly 2020 Zogg Fire in Shasta County, as well as the 2019 Kincade Fire in Sonoma County.

Approximately 800 structures remain threatened by the Dixie Fire, according to Cal Fire.

As Fed And Treasury Spend $1.2BN Every Hour Biden Says Inflation Is "Temporary", Respects Fed "Independence"

There was a remarkable statistic in the latest Flow Show report from BofA's Michael Hartnett: according to the CIO's calculations, "the Fed is spending $336 million every 60 minutes buying bonds, while the US federal government is spending $875 million every hour this year", a staggering amount made possible only by the recent merger between the Fed and Treasury which ushered in not only helicopter money but its socialist offshoot, MMT. It's also what so many monetarists argue is behind the recent surge in inflation, because Milton Friedman said best, "inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon."

Not so according to president Joe BIden, however, who on Monday said he believes the surge in U.S. inflation is temporary and that he has told Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell that he respects the central bank’s independence. But he also emphasized that he wouldn’t interfere with the central bank’s policies:

“As I made clear to Chairman Powell of the Federal Reserve when we met recently, the Fed is independent. It should take whatever steps it deems necessary to support a strong and durable economic recovery.”

Biden said Monday at the White House that recent price increases are “temporary,” in response to loud arguments - not only from Republicans but also the likes of Bank of America and Deutsche Bank and even lifelong democrats such as Larry Summers - that the president’s economic spending plans would cause inflation to spiral out of control.

That said, we wonder if Biden will respect the Fed's "independence" when the Fed stops monetizing every dollar in debt spent by the Treasury to fund the various stimmy programs launched by the Democrats. As for interfering with the central bank's policies, one wonders how Biden would do that: tell Powell to stop monetizing all that debt?

Hardly.

But none of that matters because Biden's speech came at a time when everything - from the covid response, to the wealth effect (i.e., stock markets) - has become purely political. And sure enough, Biden’s speech which was meant to ease nerves that even more inflation is on the way, comes at a critical juncture in the debate over his $4 trillion economic plan. As Bloomberg notes, the bipartisan group authoring a $579 billion infrastructure package is rushing to complete its work before an expected test vote on Wednesday. The deadline is also intended to force Democrats to rally around the $3.5 trillion budget blueprint that contains many of the president’s social spending priorities.

“If your primary concern right now is inflation, you should be even more enthusiastic about this plan,” Biden said channeling his best internal Erdogan, arguing that the fiscal boost would help new businesses, increasing competition and… driving down prices. Because if in Turkey lower rates are somehow expected to lead to less inflation - according to de facto central bank head Erdogan - then in the US only trillions more in liquidity will finally unleash deflation.

Which reminds us: to the immortal words of George Orwell that "War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength", we can now add that inflation is deflation.

The Covid Protagonists “State of Engineered Chaos”: Forming the Cells of the Global Resistance

While it may appear to be ‘every individual for himself’ in this forever shifting hall of smoke and mirrors called Covid, actually there is a process of coalescence taking place just under the surface which is heralding the emergence of what I term ‘the new resistance’.

This new resistance is arising as a kick-back against unremitting pressure to conform to a state of engineered chaos and control which has caste the word ‘deception’ into a whole new dimension of toxicity which very few can grasp.

We are, after all, confronted by a carefully crafted global plan entirely constructed around and upon, abject lies – from beginning to end. The first and foremost of which is to proclaim its objective as ‘saving mankind from a virulent pandemic’ which never existed in the first place.

So gross is the degree of lie distortion that for the great majority it has proved impossible to consider that it could all be a planned heist whose barely cloaked ulterior motive is a mass depopulation event, long since planned for by the protagonists of A New World Order, now known as ‘The Great Reset’.

The population reduction plan was given a menacingly seductive twist by attaching it to a ‘green saviour mission’ ostensibly designed to rescue the species from ‘global warming’, a grand deception which started the increasingly perverse ‘lie ball’ rolling some fifty years ago at the Club of Rome.

After one and a half years of relentless Covid ‘plandemic’ propaganda designed to scare the pants off every mortal here on Earth, we have arrived at a confluence of reactions. Those whose imaginations lack the breadth to grasp the depths of the deception and those who have recognised the game for what it is are are now sharing their knowledge and push-back plans with others.

The New Resistance is being formed by the latter grouping, who include amongst their ranks the braver doctors, nurses, lawyers, scientists and a smallish number of artists, who recognise that the very future of life itself is on the line in this macabre war against humanity.

Standing in the way of a grand expose and key legal actions to incarcerate the chief Covid protagonists, are the entire political ‘elite’, royalty, the press, leaders of notorious institutions and banking empires that administer the global policy agenda, a handful of multimillionaires and hundreds of millions of citizens of various countries who prefer to ‘live the lie’ than confront the truth.

It’s The New Resistance’s job to break-through this wall of denial via finding its weak points and instigating actions to publicly expose the criminal activities of the chief protagonists. Those involved in premeditated genocide on an unprecedented scale.

Key to the success of this operation will be the emergence of many more whistle blowers. Those who have inside knowledge and have the guts to come forward and speak openly about it. Already many professional individuals have taken this courageous step and many more are no doubt contemplating doing the same. They should not contemplate long – but step onto the platform and make their voice heard.

With no mainstream media editors daring to break-out of their straight-jacketted conformity with the lie, the job of conveying truth is a challenging one. However, a burgeoning alternative media is making ingress into mainstream territory, and with an emphasis on holding high the flag of rational observation and honest reporting, is bit by bit puncturing the ‘fake news’ wall of deception and indoctrination that has seduced and mind-controlled such a large segment of the global population.

What can each of us do to speed-up the chance of a break-through?

Here is a reminder of direct actions that can be put into effect with minimum cost:

Australia joins international community in blaming China for large scale Microsoft hack

Australia has joined the United States and other allies in accusing China of engaging in "malicious cyber activities", including a massive global hack on the Microsoft Exchange software that compromised tens of thousands of computers earlier this year.

Key points:

The attack on Microsoft was identified in January, but it has taken until now for Australia and allies to blame China

The federal government says it is "seriously concerned" by the alleged hack

UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab said the attack was reckless from Chinese-backed groups

In a joint statement, the Ministers for Home Affairs Karen Andrews, Foreign Affairs Marise Payne and Defence Peter Dutton also expressed serious concern about China's reported use of criminal hackers.

"The Australian Government is seriously concerned about reports from our international partners that China's Ministry of State Security is engaging contract hackers who have carried out cyber-enabled intellectual property theft for personal gain and to provide commercial advantage to the Chinese Government," the statement said.

"Australia calls on all countries – including China – to act responsibly in cyberspace."

The Microsoft Exchange hack was first identified in January and was rapidly attributed to Chinese cyber spies by private sector groups.

But it has taken until now for Australia, and like-minded countries, to publicly attribute the cyber attack to Beijing.

"These actions have undermined international stability and security by opening the door to a range of other actors, including cyber criminals, who continue to exploit this vulnerability for illicit gain," the Australian government said in a statement.

The United States said it was joining other nations in "holding the People's Republic of China accountable" for what it described as a "pattern of irresponsible, disruptive, and destabilising behaviour in cyberspace".

"The United States government … has formally confirmed that cyber actors affiliated with the MSS (China's Ministry of State Security) exploited vulnerabilities in Microsoft Exchange Server in a massive cyber espionage operation that indiscriminately compromised thousands of computers and networks, mostly belonging to private sector victims," Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement.

"Responsible states do not indiscriminately compromise global network security nor knowingly harbour cyber criminals — let alone sponsor or collaborate with them.

"These contract hackers cost governments and businesses billions of dollars in stolen intellectual property, ransom payments, and cybersecurity mitigation efforts, all while the MSS had them on its payroll."

UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab said Chinese state-backed groups were responsible for "a pervasive pattern of hacking".

"The cyber attack on Microsoft Exchange Server by Chinese state-backed groups was a reckless but familiar pattern of behaviour," Mr Raab said in a statement.

"The Chinese Government must end this systematic cyber sabotage and can expect to be held account if it does not."

For he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer.
