My first impression of the floods in Germany was that I have seen the exact pictures many years before.
My location is not affected and I don't have tv. Everyone of the sheep here irl still acts relaxed and in summer BBQ mode.
Something about all the news (even here on kun on foreign breads) looks off. Like a double blind or a time loop. Could also just be my unique solitair perception, but I'm not sad or glad or mad. It is not that nothing is happening, but that something that is really happening is not being reported anywhere. Something extreme steathy.
Got some signs up in my front window and occasionally few people have a look. My influence on people beyond that is quite limited, because the few people that know me think I'm a nutjob.
Make of it what you want, I'll just keep lurking and collecting.
