Seems fake. Since no one would be given a video as "Dead Mans Switch" ahead of time

Anyone who gets one keeps it sealed and doesn't know what they have until the time comes. And they named it "Video" when the person who claims to have it received it.

Also If you have it, you release it. You don't announce your are going to release it. That's like fishing for a pay off.

And yes, when they announce it they usually don't do it.
