Theory: McCabe is about to be outted as a Russian agent (SVR). If that's true, considering the implications of the article, it's game over.
If it turns out McCabe is a Russian agent…
That would mean the DNC/Clinton campaign (who were the bank which funneled money through Deripaska to Steele so the FBI was clean for FISA/FISC purposes) paid/used a foreign intelligence asset - a spy - to falsify evidence then used in a FISC hearing in order to spy on political opposition and (by extension) rig an election.
And then, in the aftermath of their unexpected loss, to execute a palace coup attempt…
All that with the help/blessing of Brennan, Obama, Clapper, and their lieutenants.
That's how you get sedition and treason charges on the table in a very real, non conspiracy, and prosecutable sense.
And then, if you play out the possible implications of the Iran/Clinton connections alluded to in the article - and the role McCabe played in the original operation to free a CIA agent (an operation he mirrored in 2016)… things get even more treasonous and far reaching.
Especially if, let's say, Clinton waived off the operation to free him (with McCabe running point in the field) because the Russians made her a better offer (perhaps through McCabe himself). And that CIA agent has been in a Russian - not Iranian - prison for the past 11 years.
The ripple effects of this revelation would be game over for the Mueller probe, the detonation of the Senate committee, and the public exposure of a coup attempt, run in part by foreign intelligence services who penetrated the FBI Counter Intelligence Division.
That's a boom. A MOAB even.
But the pain comes next. Because worse - for the coup plotters - it could then be revealed that the Clintons (both of them) and even 44 knew who McCabe was working for and did it anyway.
Not because Russia is the top of the food chain, but because Clinton (and her network) needed her to win. Obama needed to secure his legacy. Clinton had history of working with Russian agents against the better interests of the nation, including McCabe in Iran, and trusted in an old reliable pal to land the haymaker in order to tip the election.
And then, when that failed, and the whole network - including the big fish - realized how exposed they were due to the efforts of men like Rogers/Flynn et al , and the same group then doubled down on a known foreign agent to undermine (at best)/overthrow(worst) a legally elected POTUS.
It would literally be the entire "Russian collusion" narrative boomeranging back in Clinton and 44's and Brennan and Clapper's faces. Hunt for Red October.
This is how you roll something this complex and unbelievable out to normies AND expose the plotters to legit legal consequences. Because if this speculation is true, then how high up the damage could go now (again, if right,) would easily be higher than we've ever seen before.
