I don't think the "insurance file" was on Anthony Weiner's laptop. Here's the reasoning: Weiner's laptop was taken by the FBI, but Miosotis Familia worked in Central Booking, 46th Precinct Stationhouse. Why would the FBI take the laptop to an NYPD jail?

I'm not exactly an expert, so forgive me if I'm ignorant regarding procedure…but you would think the FBI would take it to their labs to have it looked at.

I think we're looking for someone else…someone that might have been booked at Miosotis Familia's jail before she transferred to the night shift.

Maybe…but the warrant says that there were something like 16 Top Secret files on there. They would have had to remove them, first, before they passed them on to NYPD. Plus, the 15 year old girl he was sexting was in North Carolina–across state lines. That's not an NYPD matter, it's an FBI matter I believe.
