WOKE Orthopedic Companies begin threatening local community

Warsaw, Indiana has long considered itself the "Orthopedic Capital of the World" as it has been home to the headquarters of major Ortho companies Zimmer, Biomet (now Zimmer-Biomet), DePuy, and other companies.

This past week, the CEO of Zimmer-Biomet sent the attached letter to the city complaining of the community's declaration as a Second Amendment Sanctuary city and also it's increasing opposition and intolerance of CRT.

The medical device industry has long been a major factor in Warsaw's development and it appears they are not going to tolerate opposition to woke politics in the very red community. Note also that DePuy is owned by Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic has a major manufacturing facility there as well.

The greater Warsaw area has a population of roughly 20,000 and would likely be devastated should these companies depart. This appears to be a warning shot across the bow.

Let's pray that community leaders stand firm.
