Anynons know where do I join a class action lawsuit against Twitter? I think this anti-Q anti-Trump banathon Twitter policy violated: 18 U.S. Code § 594 - Intimidation of voters. I feel their ultimate goal in my suspension, and that of others who also would vote for Donald Trump, was a discriminatory social ostracism from an arguable public square on the basis of political opinion differing from the people working at Twitter and managing Twitter. Twitter allowed my account for 12 years, until a dispute in the outcome of an election, which may or may not need to be revisited in the future. In other words, they want to bully me into not voting for Trump in any theoretical future re-vote by not letting me play with my friends at the public playground. Separately, I suspect they created these censorship policies in collusion with election officials, who would then be violating first amendment rights and their oath to uphold the constitution.
I wonder, would walmart or something be allowed to reject all shoppers who supported the abolishment of slavery? Or women's suffrage? What is a "QAnon" but a believer in the abolishment of ALL slavery and the active citizen oversight of government to guard against taxation without representation? Ok, and an occasional shit-post.
But I am not a promoter of violence. Says right there at the top of the page. The law is what it is. I didn't make it. I just try not to break it. I shouldn't be barred from talking about it. Freedom and globalism don't get along very well. I understand Twitter's position in the matter and therefore I do think it's a question that the courts need to interpret and decide. Blabbing my social media opinion here since it's the only place that won't ban me for wrongthink…mostly. Sorry so much text.
