That article is shit. It assumes that the Creator must or will share their inventions and discoveries with the immoral world. As if there is some obligation. There is no obligation. There are in fact two other obligations. First, to use one's gifts to defeat the criminals and second, to keep one's work out of the hands of the criminals, as they will become stronger.
The options of the Creator are determined by their means. Corrupt society has nothing to offer John Galt.
