Anyone notice the moon has been a weird orange/pink color the last couple days?
Not yellowish like a harvest moon, more like a melon color, and constant throughout the night
I hadn't considered that.
But looking at https://fire.airnow.gov/ my area is in a air quality hazard zone.
First time I've ever experienced this before.
Air doesn't smell weird or anything, but that moon is definitely a hot pink right now
I didn't know the fires were so widespread this time around.
Idaho, Montana, Wyoming?
Are they usual suspects when it comes to fires?
I always thought it was pretty localized to the far west coast.
