Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) Is Being Sued for Secretly Permitting Internet Access on Election Machines

In a strange series of events, the Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) is being sued for updating its policy and allowing voting machines to include Internet access. These policy changes were discussed in private with voting machine companies and silently passed by the EAC without required public debate.

Philip Stark has a checkered past. He resigned from Verified Voting which would suggest he is a good guy.

Philip Stark is also a Board member of the EAC and was also in the news lately when he was selected to be one of three ‘auditors’ selected for the New Hampshire audit. We reported the following on Stark.

It appears very likely that the course of this audit has been quietly steered by top Democratic leadership in the U.S. Congress, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D), through the auditors themselves. Both Philip Stark, Ph.D. and Barbara Simons, Ph.D., the board chair of Verified Voting and also a member of George Soros’ elite Democracy Alliance Board, are current appointees to the corrupt and powerful U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC).

Stark was appointed by Speaker Pelosi in 2016 and Simons was appointed by former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D) in 2008 and was re-affirmed by then-Senate Minority now Majority Leader Schumer.

Stark made an early exit in New Hampshire never to be seen again. It’s not known how much time and effort he supplied to the audit and what he was paid for being an auditor in name only. Nor is it known why he left.

But now Stark is back in the news. This time he is suing the EAC, where he is a Board member. Stark and the organization, Free Speech for People, are suing the EAC for updating voting machine guidelines that allow them to have access to the Internet.

The EAC does not seem like an agency full of integrity especially now after secretly updating the guidelines to allow voting machines to have Internet access.

At Least 31,500 Websites Down On Major DNS Failure

Update (1237ET): More than 31,500 websites are down worldwide as a massive DNS failure originated a little after 1100ET. Oracle shines more light on what sparked the outage. It says:

Identified - We are monitoring a global issue related to Akamai edge DNS that is impacting access to many internet resources, including Oracle cloud properties. Resources within the Oracle cloud are continuing to run and are not impacted by this event.

At least 30,000 websites are down worldwide. There appears to be a major DNS, or Domain Name System failure that began shortly after 1100ET. DNS acts as the phone directory of the internet, translating names of websites into IP addresses.

Some of the major websites experiencing issues and outages include PlayStation Network, Fidelity, FedEx, Steam, UPS, Airbnb, Home Depot, and Amazon, according to Downdector.

There's no word if the issues or outages are interconnected, but it certainly raises an eyebrow that something under the surface is happening.

For instance, Fidelity is experiencing issues and outages across major metro areas in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast states and other cities across the country.

Australian MP Says Unvaccinated People "Need To Be Controlled And Restricted"

Australian MP Frank Pangallo says that what unvaccinated people are allowed to do in the community “will need to be controlled and restricted” by authorities.

The SA-Best Party legislator called on the Australian government, which has indicated it won’t make vaccine passport compulsory, to make them mandatory for access to “hospitality venues, public places, workplaces, and for travel,” reports Reclaim the Net.

Pangallo asserts that “vaxports” (vaccine passports) will be crucial to avoid the country suffering a “health and economic catastrophe.”

“While people might still have a choice whether or not to get vaccinated, what they can do in the community will need to be controlled and restricted,” said the MP.

In other words, those who refuse to take the vaccine should become second class citizens, be discriminated against and remain under de facto lockdown indefinitely.

Citing the threat of new variants, Pangallo stated, “I understand people will think this is a rather drastic and draconian step, but this pandemic continues to evolve in ways and waves nobody can predict.”

Despite only 13% of the Australian population having been vaccinated so far, Pangallo said ‘vaxports’ were a necessity in order “to prevent the entire country going into lockdown.”

Australia is pursuing a drastically stupid ‘zero COVID’ policy which has led to entire towns and cities being locked down after the discovery of just a single infection.

As we highlighted yesterday, public health officials are now telling citizens that they shouldn’t even engage in conversation with each other (even if wearing masks) in the name of stopping the spread of the virus.

China Refuses To Cooperate With 2nd WHO Probe Into COVID's Origins

Beijing has decided not to cooperate in a second WHO-sponsored investigation into the origins of COVID-19, thwarting the NGO's plans to carry out a second, more credible, investigation.

During a Thursday press conference, Zeng Yixin, deputy head of China’s National Health Commission, said Beijing wouldn't cooperate with another probe. However, the refusal to cooperate likely won't help China's cause in the West, as it tries to convince the Americans and Europeans that COVID wasn't the result of a careless lab leak.

Zeng says he is "surprised" to see research into the lab leak theory, which was initially dismissed by the WHO as highly unlikely, included as a reason for a second hoped-for visit by a WHO team to Wuhan.

"In some aspects, the WHO’s plan for the next phase of investigation of the coronavirus origin doesn’t respect common sense, and it’s against science. It’s impossible for us to accept such a plan," he said.

Liang Wannian, a senior scientist and the representative for the Chinese side of the WHO's joint investigation, said during the briefing that, instead of returning to China, the team of experts should prioritize the "very likely" possibility that coronavirus originated in animals, and was later transferred to humans.

He also cited confusing research claiming traces of COVID-19 had been found in wastewater outside China around the same time that the disease was first detected in Wuhan. With this in mind, Liang suggested that investigators expand their research to locations outside China.

Chinese officials also used the press conference to reiterate Beijing's insistance that the Wuhan Institute of Virology had no links to the outbreak. Yuan Zhiming, director of China’s National Biosafety Laboratory and professor at the Wuhan lab, stressed that, before Dec. 30, 2019, he and his colleagues had never studied the virus.

After a team of WHO scientists led by Dr. Peter Daszak, whose was later exposed for his conflict of interest regarding COVID-19's origins given his involvement in a scheme by the NIH to funnel money to the WIV to circumvent US laws prohibiting 'gain of function' research.

The team spent around four weeks in China early this year, and the experts concluded in their initial report - which the WHO eventually rejected - that the virus likely originated in an animal before spreading to humans in December 2019. However, the, WHO has promised another probe since the initial probe's data was deemed unreliable. President Biden has also ordered American intelligence to conduct their own assessment and figure out exactly what is going on.

The theory that COVID likely leaked from a laboratory possibly at the Wuhan Institute of Virology was first rejected by the American press as a "conspiracy theory". US media outlets initially rejected the theory as implausible and even dangerous. Zero Hedge was even banned from twitter for months after daring to suggest that the leaked virus might have been intended to be a 'bioweapon'. In recent months, the theory has gone mainstream, as even Democrats now believe the virus leaked from the lab.

Now, the question remains: what, if anything, will the US government do about it?

‘The carrot is no longer going to work’: CNN exec says in leaked email that US should rethink ‘carrot vs. stick’ vaccination drive

A CNN executive has hinted that there need to be more forceful measures to increase Covid vaccine uptake in the US, after grumbling about the issue in an email that he mistakenly sent to a conservative activist.

The peculiar message was revealed by Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who showed a screengrab of the email in question.

“FW: #NEWS: A majority of unvaccinated Americans say they’re unlikely to get the Covd-19 vaccine, regardless of outreach efforts,” read the email’s subject line.

The author of the email, identified by Carlson as CNN’s Washington bureau chief, wrote to a colleague:"This is the point re: carrot vs. stick. The carrot is no longer going to work…"

Although the Fox host didn’t identify him by name, CNN’s Washington bureau is currently headed by the network’s senior vice president, Sam Feist.

The suggestive commentary likely would have remained shielded from public scrutiny had the CNN bigwig in question not accidentally sent it to Charlie Kirk, a popular conservative activist and commentator.

CNN confirmed the authenticity of the email, but insisted that there was nothing newsworthy about its contents.

“The email, mistakenly sent to Kirk, was simply acknowledging that current vaccination incentives are losing steam,” the network said in a statement.

Kirk appeared on Carlson’s program to discuss the strange email.

“Is it CNN’s stated position now that they’re going to try to administer medicine under the threat of punishment?” the conservative pundit asked. Referring to the “carrot vs. stick” analogy used in the email, Kirk wondered aloud: “What does the stick look like in CNN’s world?”

Reacting to the segment on Twitter, CNN’s Brian Stelter argued that Carlson had twisted the email to push an “outright lie” about the news network.

The Biden administration aimed to have 70% of US adults receive at least one Covid shot by July 4. Currently, around 66% of American adults have had their first dose, while 57% have been fully vaccinated. Among the general population, 49% are fully inoculated. While there are no federal mandates forcing Americans to get jabbed, medical facilities, universities and other institutions have created their own compulsory vaccination rules.

‘Sounds very ethical and anonymous!’: Hunter Biden WILL meet potential art buyers, fueling accusations of influence-peddling

Hunter Biden will meet prospective buyers before he auctions his art this fall, despite the White House’s promise that sales will be anonymous. Fresh accusations of corruption have been leveled at the Biden family.

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, says he took up painting while recovering from a crack cocaine addiction. When news broke that he was planning on selling these paintings at a show in New York later this year, the Biden administration headed off conservative outrage with a convoluted scheme that it said would stop buyers using the sale to purchase favor from the Bidens.

“After careful consideration, a system has been established to allow Hunter Biden to work in his profession within reasonable safeguards,” Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters earlier this month. Psaki said that a gallery owner would price Hunter’s art, that the identity of buyers would be kept secret from Hunter and his family, and that bids above the asking price would be rejected.

Not any more. Hunter will in fact meet potential buyers before his paintings go to sale, CBS News reported on Wednesday. Georges Berges Gallery spokeswoman Robin Davis told CBS that Biden will be at two shows before the sale, one in Los Angeles and one at the Georges Berges Gallery itself in New York.

Davis said that attendees at the shows will be “vetted,” the White House said that "the president has established the highest ethical standards of any administration in American history,” and a source told CBS that “Hunter Biden will not discuss potential purchases, prices, or anything related to the selling of artwork.”

Yet the public will never know what Hunter and the buyers discuss. These discussions will be beyond the reach of the Freedom of Information Act, and the deal announced by Psaki includes no enforcement mechanisms. Regular Americans, who haven’t actually seen the ethics deal itself, are being asked to trust the White House and the Bidens at their word.

Conservatives are skeptical. “Turns out those ‘anonymous sales’ will be anonymous to everyone BUT Hunter Biden and the buyers,” Colorado Rep. Ken Buck (R) tweeted. “Sounds pretty shady to me.”

“Sounds like a very ethical and anonymous art sale!” Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton (R) tweeted.

“Hunter Biden will meet with prospective buyers of his absurdly overpriced, presidency-profiting art,” tweeted Walter Shaub, former head of the Office of Government Ethics during the Obama administration. “Good grief. No need to worry about a federal vaccine mandate, Fauci says, as local entities will likely do the job of forcing Covid-19 jabs

Dr. Anthony Fauci has raised the volume of his Covid-19 alarm bells, warning that vaccinated Americans should wear masks indoors, as local mandates force the unvaccinated to get jabbed if they want to participate in society.

“I don’t think you’re going to see a central mandate,” Fauci, the chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden, said in a CNBC interview on Wednesday. “I think there will be a reflex pushback on that.”

But what I do see in the future are local mandates – at local businesses, local universities and colleges – so that if people want to do things and be able to participate in activities, they will get vaccinated.

Fauci made his comments amid the spread of the more contagious Delta variant of Covid-19, which has prompted local governments such as Los Angeles County’s to reimpose mask mandates regardless of vaccination status. Contrary to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines suggesting that people who’ve been inoculated against the virus don’t need to wear face coverings, Fauci said vaccinated Americans should consider masking up indoors to guard against the Delta variant.

“If you want to go the extra mile of safety, even though you’re vaccinated, when you’re indoors, particularly in crowded places, you might want to consider wearing a mask,” Fauci said. He added that rising Covid-19 infections in vaccinated people reflect the variant’s “extraordinary capability of transmitting from person to person.”

The Biden administration missed his target of having 70% of US adults vaccinated with at least their first dose by July 4. The current first-jab rate among adults is under 66%, and only 57% are fully inoculated, according to CDC data. Among the entire American population, around 49% are fully vaccinated.

The Biden administration has repeatedly said there are no plans to issue a federal mandate or introduce a centralized ‘vaccine passport’ scheme to access public places, but Fauci has increasingly agitated for municipalities, institutions, and private entities to achieve the same effect through local requirements. He predicted earlier this month in a CNN interview that local mandates will become more common once Covid-19 vaccines have received full approval from the Food and Drug Administration, rather than being distributed under emergency authorizations, as is currently the case.

UK govt steps in to ensure abortion services in Northern Ireland are fully implemented by end of March 2022

Westminster has directed the Northern Irish authorities to implement full abortion services by the end of next March, after the region failed to do so despite a 2019 referendum that decriminalised the termination of pregnancy.

On Thursday, the UK Secretary for Northern Ireland, Brandon Lewis, issued a formal direction to Stormont’s Department of Health, calling on it to implement full abortion services for women no later than by the end of March 2022. Lewis had said he had “no choice” but to use special measures to start the process of improving the standard and accessibility of abortion services in Northern Ireland.

Abortion was decriminalised in the region in October 2019, following a referendum on the issue, with termination becoming legal in March 2020. Despite the changes in law, Lewis noted that women were still unable to access abortions safely in the country, over a year and a half later, however.

The secretary of state said it was his “legal and moral obligation” to ensure that access to abortion services was as straightforward and accessible as elsewhere in the UK.

“At the heart of this matter are the women and girls in Northern Ireland, who have been, and continue to be, denied the same reproductive rights as women in the rest of the UK.”

Lewis used special powers on Thursday to issue the direction Abortion (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2021. The statutory instrument was passed to ensure the Northern Irish government complies with the law.

While he acknowledged that the pandemic may have slowed down the implementation of abortion services in Northern Ireland, Lewis nevertheless said he remained “extremely disappointed” at the slow pace of change and lack of dialogue on the issue with the region’s Health Department.

There was a significant decrease in women travelling from Northern Ireland to England and Wales for an abortion in 2021, according to UK government data. Only some 371 made the journey for the purposes of an abortion in comparison to 1,014 in 2019. While the abortion law has taken effect in Northern Ireland, some medical practices refuse to carry out terminations after 10 weeks, however, resulting in women still having to travel abroad if they don’t wish to continue with a pregnancy at a later stage.

Vaccinated people report suffering from 'cave syndrome,' afraid to return to normal life or in some cases leave their homes at all

On May 13 — after more than a year of masks and social distancing — the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finally amended its guidance to say that fully vaccinated people could return to nearly all aspects of normal life.

But for some fully vaccinated people, the news did not alleviate deeply felt fears about health and safety that had become embedded into their psyche. Rather than experiencing a sense of freedom, some continued to feel anxious about rejoining regular life with its crowds, open air, and free-floating pathogens.

"After a year in isolation, many people who have developed an intimate understanding of what it means to socially isolate are afraid to return to their former lives despite being fully vaccinated," the Scientific American reported.

It turns out there is actually a name for this psychological phenomenon: it's called "cave syndrome."

"Emerging into the light after a year locked inside is proving to be a difficult transition for some people," the report, published in May, went on to say. To prove the point, it detailed the experiences of one fully vaccinated Flint, Michigan, resident who explained that she has become even "more fearful of infection":

After being diagnosed with COVID in November 2020, Andrea King Collier doubted the antibodies that she had developed in response to the illness would protect her from a second infection and was determined to be first in, or near the front of, the line for a vaccine. The Flint, Mich., resident registered at every vaccine distribution site she could find and never stopped looking for a way to receive shots early. By February 21 Collier had received her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. But when the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention gave the green light for vaccinated people to resume prepandemic activities such as gathering indoors without masks on March 8, she did not experience the sense of freedom she had imagined. If anything, she became more fearful of infection. She has yet to eat in a restaurant or see anyone beyond her pandemic bubble. Formerly an avid traveler, Collier says she cannot imagine getting on an airplane again in the foreseeable future.

Two months later, and the strange psychological condition is still plaguing many. The Wall Street Journal reported this week that scores of individuals who are fearful of plunging back into social activities "are awkwardly declining invitations out, avoiding throngs of people and dreading, or even putting off, the return to workplaces."

Lara Trump makes it clear she will not mask her children for school, says mask mandate is 'ludicrous'

Lara Trump, Fox News contributor, said that she refuses to mask her children for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.

President Joe Biden during a Wednesday night town hall event said that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention may suggest that all children under the age of 12 years and those who are unvaccinated wear face coverings while in school.

During a Thursday morning "Fox & Friends" appearance, Lara, wife of Eric Trump, told Fox News' Ainsley Earhardt that she believes the idea of masking children for school is "absolutely ludicrous."

"I think it's absolutely ludicrous," she thundered. "First of all, we know the efficacy of masks has been long disputed. It was Dr. [Anthony] Fauci who, a year and a half ago, remember, told us all if it makes you feel better, wear a mask. But we didn't have to wear masks originally. He said it wasn't going to really do anything. Then they told us masks, then they said three masks. But as it relates to kids, I mean, I can tell you that it is almost impossible for my 3-year-old son to keep a mask on."

Lara added that she believes children suffer greatly due to wearing masks in public and social settings and said that science initially stated that children get only very mild cases of COVID-19 in most instances.

"It gives them headaches," she complained. "From a social perspective, they can't see the faces of the other children. We know also if we're following the science, Ainsley, like we were supposed to do the entire time that, thank goodness, children do not get COVID in the same way that adults do. If they get it, they get a very mild case of it. They're not the super spreaders we were originally told they might be. So the idea that we're going the make our children sit in school masked up all day long, I think, is absolutely ludicrous."

She also noted that depriving kids of coming into contact with regular germs may sabotage a growing child's immune system.

"My daughter, Carolina, last week had a cold," Lara recalled. "Every parent knows that's a nightmare. I was so thrilled because I know that she is actually getting in contact with viruses and germs and bacteria that will allow her to develop an immune system. This is absolutely insane that we are considering making these poor kids sit in school in masks."

She concluded, "As a parent, I can tell you I am not going to be masking up my children. It is not going to happen for us."

Biden Claims Fully Vaccinated People Cannot Get COVID-19 or Die

President Joe Biden claimed that Americans who get fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will gain complete protection against the disease, preventing hospitalization and death.

“You’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations,” Biden said Wednesday while speaking at a televised town hall in Cincinnati, Ohio. “If you’re vaccinated, you’re not going to be hospitalized, you’re not going to be in the IC unit, and you’re not going to die,” he added.

The president said his comments accurately capture that the COVID-19 vaccines have proven that they are able to provide protection against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus and that there is evidence that they can reduce the severity of the illness—explaining a small percentage of people fully vaccinated who caught the disease.

But the president largely omitted so-called “breakthrough cases” that have been widely reported.

As of July 12, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said federal health officials have tallied 5,189 people fully vaccinated against the CCP virus who required hospitalization. The CCP virus is a contagious virus that originated in China and causes the disease COVID-19.

In the latest update, the agency said 1,063 fully vaccinated patients have died, amounting to 19 percent of the total. It noted that 26 percent of fatal cases were reported as asymptomatic or not related to COVID-19. About 75 percent percent of hospitalizations and deaths from breakthrough cases occurred among individuals over the age of 65.

The CDC update also came as Israeli officials said in late June that during a recent outbreak of COVID-19, about half of the adults infected in the recent outbreak were fully vaccinated.

In an update on May 1, the CDC said health officials have “transitioned from monitoring all reported vaccine breakthrough cases to focus on identifying and investigating only hospitalized or fatal cases due to any cause.”

A sudden spike of 12,313 reports of death among those who received a COVID-19 vaccine to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System was deemed an “error” and revised to 5,913.

Biden also said that he doesn’t know of any person fully vaccinated against the CCP virus who was hospitalized or has died. The president made the remark as he responded to a reporter who asked him about Americans who have been vaccinated and still contract the disease.

“It may be possible, I know of none where they’re hospitalized, in ICU and or have passed away so at a minimum I can say even if they did contract it, which I’m sorry they did, it’s such a tiny percentage and it’s not life-threatening,” the president said.

Again, his comment conflicts with the CDC’s findings that more than 5,000 vaccinated people were hospitalized and more than 1,000 died as of July 12.

At the time of this publication, 159 million Americans have been fully vaccinated.

So-called breakthrough cases refer to cases appearing two or more weeks after a person’s final shot, that is, the second Pfizer or Moderna dose or the single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Merrick, along with deputy attorney general Lisa Monaco, will on Thursday visit the Washington headquarters of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for the official launch of the program, before traveling to Chicago—one of the five strike force cities—later in the day, officials said.

“All too often, guns found at crime scenes come from hundreds or even thousands of miles away. We are redoubling our efforts as ATF works with law enforcement to track the movement of illegal firearms used in violent crimes,” Garland said in a statement. “These strike forces enable sustained coordination across multiple jurisdictions to help disrupt the worst gun trafficking corridors.”

The move, which the Department of Justice (DOJ) first announced on June 22, is meant to strengthen enforcement against gun trafficking networks to disrupt the flow of unlawfully obtained firearms to places where they are used to commit crimes.

At the time, Garland said the measure is designed to bolster cooperation between the federal government and “local partners,” while hailing the move as “another concrete step to address violent crime and illegal firearms trafficking.”

The DOJ said the strike forces will be concentrated in “significant gun trafficking corridors” including New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington.

DOJ officials said during a Wednesday call with reporters that the new strategy entails a “long-term coordinated, multi-jurisdictional strategy” to disrupt gun trafficking networks.

A department official said the new strategy establishes “cross-jurisdictional coordination” between the areas that supply the illegal firearms and places where the guns are used to commit crimes.

“This new approach that links law enforcement and prosecutors and locations where violence is occurring with the law enforcement and prosecutors in the jurisdictions where the firearms originate broadens our focus to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated response in both of those areas,” the official added.

The funding for the strike forces comes from the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan, according to the White House.

The initiative builds on the Justice Department’s recently unveiled “Violent Crime Reduction Initiative” that is designed to make clear “that firearms traffickers that provide weapons to violent offenders are an enforcement priority across the country,” the DOJ said.

The move comes as a number of U.S. cities have seen significant increases in homicides in 2021 as compared with the same time last year, according to FBI data.

It also comes as Democrat members of Congress have introduced a series of gun-control bills, including bans on so-called “assault weapons,” bans on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, and efforts to expand background checks.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has appointed a close ally of anti-Trump Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr to the Georgia Court of Appeals. Andrew Pinson, the new judge appointed by Kemp, is likely to hear any cases regarding potential election fraud, and due to his close relationship with Carr, is widely expected to throw them out.

Now, Kemp is receiving even more push back from the grassroots, who are “fighting to uncover the lengths the Democrats went to steal the election,” as he appears to posture against a 2022 political cycle where he will be challenged by the pro-Trump wing of the Georgia Republican Party.

Dooley noted that “we may not have Joe Biden and his caretakers” residing at the White House if Kemp had not refused to call a special session to address the mounting reports of voter fraud. “The 2022 election cycle will have a Kemp, Raffensperger, and Carr ticket against Trump Republicans. The three of them are aligned together, and are all culpable in the Democrats getting away with stealing the election.”

Daszak’s Donors are Bankrolling an ‘Independent’ COVID Commission.

The Covid Commission Planning Group – the foremost effort to launch an “independent” inquiry into the origins of COVID-19 – is supported by organizations that have funded the work of longtime Wuhan Institute of Virology partner EcoHealth Alliance.

Entities funding the task force – the Rockefeller Foundation, Skoll Foundation, and former Google CEO Eric Schmidt’s philanthropic fund – have decades-long ties to Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. The effort, headquartered at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center, is the brainchild of Schmidt, who has also served as Executive Chairman of Google’s parent company Alphabet:

The work, which has attracted scant public notice, grew out of a telephone call in October from Eric Schmidt, the philanthropist and former CEO of Google, to Philip D. Zelikow, who was the executive director of the commission that investigated Sept. 11. Schmidt urged Zelikow to put together a proposal to examine the pandemic, which has caused 600,000 deaths in the United States alone.

“If Congress does establish its own commission, Zelikow said, his group would be willing to share its work. But if the government does not act, Schmidt said he was confident that he could raise enough money for the group directed by Zelikow to go forward on its own,” a New York Times profile added.

The committee is comprised of over two dozen scientists and former public officials and seeks to “prepare the way for a national Covid commission.” To do so, it has “debriefed more than 200 experts from a range of disciplines, outlined plans for nine essential task forces, and mapped out dozens of distinct lines of inquiry.”

Similar to other COVID-19 task forces – including those assembled by the World Health Organization and the Lancet journal – the latest iteration has financial and personell conflicts of interest.

Daszak, who spearheaded the Lancet journal’s bungled efforts to find the origins of COVID-19 before being recused, has enjoyed funding from Google.org, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the Skoll Foundation on several studies since 2010. Google.org and the Skoll Foundation have even funded studies conducted EcoHealth Alliance and Daszak, whose been described by the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s “bat lady” Shi Zhengli as a “longtime collaborator,” on pandemics originating in China.

Daszak is also a central figure to the potential origins of COVID-19, as he funneled taxpayer dollars from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to collaborate on bat coronavirus research in Wuhan.

Google.org and the Skoll Foundation – founded by the first president of eBay Jeff Skoll – co-funded a 2010 study on herpes, a 2014 study on henipavirus spillover, and a 2018 study on the “transmission of pathogens with pandemic potential” in China. The 14-page paper’s abstract summarizes:

The brother of a top staff member in Joe Biden’s administration is lobbying the White House on issues related to China for General Motors, a new disclosure reveals.

Jeff Ricchetti, a long-time swamp creature of Washington, DC’s lobbying circle is the brother of White House Counselor to the President Steve Richetti.

The form shows Ricchetti was hired to lobby the Biden White House on “Issues related to China” and lobbies the White House National Security Council.

The latest disclosure is one of many documents demonstrating just how much business Jeff Richetti is getting after President Joe Biden took office — and his brother joined the team in the West Wing.

The Wall Street Journal reported Ric­chetti’s firm has collected $1.67 million in fees in the first half of the year — more than four times the money the firm made in the same period as last year.

General Motors hired Jeff Ricchetti in February 2021 and executives had a meeting with President Biden and Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo within a few months as detailed by the Washington Free Beacon.

Domestic motor companies have scrambled in recent months to alleviate their shortages of semiconductors produced in China to get vehicle production back to normal after the coronavirus pandemic.

But General Motors has bigger desires in China, as they announced on July 5th plans to expand their local design studio to develop more electric vehicles.

“[W]e have the right organizations and people to bring the most desirable products to China’s consumers in the new era of electrification and connectivity,” General Motors executive vice president and president of GM China Julian Blissett said in a statement.

As long as a Ricchetti remains in the White House, General Motors will have a willing partner with Joe Biden — and their economic pursuits in China.

Jeff Ricchetti first started a lobbying firm in 1996 with his brother Steve who had just left former President Bill Clinton’s administration.

The Riccetti’s ultimately sold their firm to mega-lobbyist Tony Podesta, who also enjoyed ties to the Clinton administration through his brother John Podesta.

When Clinton left office, Jeff Riccetti started another lobbying firm with his brother Steve in 1999.

The Ricchetti firm’s client list included well-known companies such as General Motors, the American Hospital Association, AT&T, Eli Lilly, Nextel, Novartis, Pfizer, and even Fannie Mae.

The investments paid off.

Then-Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) helped direct $8 million in federal money to General Motors through earmarks in legislation between 2005 and 2007.

Saudi Arabia Banning Unvaccinated from Nearly All Public Spaces

Saudia Arabia will ban all citizens and residents unvaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus from entering nearly all public spaces starting August 1, the Kingdom’s Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs announced Tuesday.

“In continuation of the ministry’s efforts to protect the public’s health, it is required to vaccinate workers and visitors [who work in or will enter] a number of municipal establishments,” the ministry said in a statement issued July 20, referring to Chinese coronavirus vaccinations.

The municipal establishments banning unvaccinated people from entry starting August 1 include “malls, shopping centers, retail stores, and markets,” according to the press release.

“People will also need to show proof of vaccine to be allowed entry into restaurants, cafes, men’s barbershops, beauty salons, [and] wedding and party halls,” Al Arabiya reported on July 21.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on May 18 first reported on the Saudi government’s plan to ban citizens and residents unvaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus from “any governmental, private, or educational establishments,” as well as from public transportation, beginning August 1.

“Vaccination will also be required to enter any economic, commercial, cultural, scientific, or social events and activities, as well as to any entertainment or sports activities,” SPA revealed at the time.

Starting August 1, the Saudi government will use its own “Tawakkalna” health app “to check the immunization status of citizens and residents,” according to Al Arabiya.

Saudi Arabia’s interior ministry announced this week that all citizens and residents of the Kingdom would be required to receive two doses of a Chinese coronavirus vaccine before embarking on international travel beginning August 9.

“The new requirement will not be applied to children under the age of 12 provided that their travel insurance policy covers expenses relating to COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] and is pre-approved by the central bank of Saudi Arabia,” Al Arabiya, a Saudi news outlet, reported on Monday.

“People who were infected by the virus in the last six months and those who were infected with COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] but received the first dose of the vaccine are also exempt,” according to the July 19 report.

Saudi Arabia currently administers three different coronavirus vaccines to its citizens as part of its state-run Chinese coronavirus inoculation drive. The Kingdom began using a two-dose coronavirus vaccine produced by the U.S.-based multinational pharmaceutical company Pfizer in December 2020. Saudi health officials approved another coronavirus vaccine made by a U.S.-based pharmaceutical company, Moderna, on July 9. Both Pfizer and Moderna’s Chinese coronavirus vaccines rely on mRNA technology.

Saudi Arabia has further approved a Chinese coronavirus vaccine developed by the British-Swedish multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company AstraZeneca, for use in the country. AstraZeneca developed its coronavirus vaccine together with Oxford University. The inoculation uses adenovirus-vectored technology.

An adenovirus-based vaccine “is made from a weakened version of a common cold virus (known as an adenovirus) from chimpanzees. It has been modified to contain genetic material shared by the coronavirus — although it can’t cause the illness,” according to a report on AstraZeneca by the BBC. “Once injected, it teaches the body’s immune system how to fight the real virus.”

‘I Am The Democratic Party’: Biden Vows Not To Defund Police, Brushes Off Those In Party Who Disagree

President Joe Biden dismissed those in his party who want to defund the police, telling reporters Wednesday evening that he is “the Democratic Party.”

Biden briefly spoke to reporters upon returning to the White House late Wednesday evening. The president came from a CNN town hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he addressed questions on the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccines, inflation and more.

At one point, moderator and CNN host Don Lemon asked Biden his thoughts on Republicans who say the Democratic Party is anti-police. The president responded by saying Republicans are “lying” and noted he himself has not called for defunding the police.

The Daily Caller asked Biden to clarify his comments and Biden noted he never said there is no one in the party who is anti-police. The president appeared to brush off the progressive wing of the party’s thoughts on the subject and said he is the Democratic Party.

“I said that is not the Democratic Party’s position,” Biden said. “I’m the Democratic Party. I am president. So is the Speaker of the House [Nancy Pelosi] and so is the Majority Leader [Chuck Schumer]. We are not defunding the police.”

Biden, when pressed on whether members of the party do want to defund the police, responded with a dig that appeared to be a reference to QAnon.

“Are there people in the Republican Party who think we’re sucking the blood out of kids?” the president responded before heading into the White House.

Multiple members of the Democratic Party have clashed with the president on policing issues and pushed for defunding the police. New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Missouri Rep. Cori Bush have all supported defunding the police.

Biden didn’t elaborate on how he plans to work with Democrats who don’t see eye-to-eye with him on the topic.

Border Patrol Reports 300K Got-Aways in 2021 – 1600 Daily

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reached a 300,000 migrant got-away count for Fiscal Year 2021, according to an agency source speaking on the condition of anonymity. This figure represents the total number of migrants who avoid capture.

The total reached 250,000 in June. Nearly 50,000 escaped over the last 30 days. According to the source, on average, 1,600 migrants avoid capture daily. In 2020, 69,000 migrants managed to avoid apprehension by the Border Patrol.

The metric is usually not officially released. It is achieved by counting migrants who ultimately escape apprehension after being observed by surveillance systems. Border Patrol agents also use traditional sign-cutting techniques to spot footprints. It is not a perfect investigative method. Sources say the got-away count is usually lower than reality.

During this fiscal year, which began in October, more than 1 million migrants have been apprehended along the southern border. The June Southwest Border Land Encounters Report released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection showed a massive increase in apprehensions when compared to the same period one year earlier when agents apprehended only 129,077 migrants. From February 1 to June 30, Border Patrol agents apprehended 791,571 migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico.

This overwhelming surge in migrant traffic has led to overcrowding of Border Patrol facilities and has hampered the agency’s ability to patrol all areas of the border due to the humanitarian work required to care for and process detainees. This, according to the source, dilutes the accuracy of the count.

Covid Vaccines are killing people at a 79% higher rate than Covid-19 in the UK according to statistics

Data released by Public Health Scotland proves the Covid-19 vaccines are killing people at a higher rate than the alleged death rates of the Covid-19 virus itself.

According to data published by the NHS on deaths related to Covid-19 from the beginning of the “pandemic” up to the 10th June 2021 (15 months) there have been 87,253 deaths within 28 days of a positive test in the UK. (Of these, only 3,591 is reported to have died of Covid-19 itself, the remainder all had significant pre-existing conditions.)

Keep in mind that hospitals have been essentially mandating tests before treating patient for ANY ILLNESS, and a FOI request revealed that the NHS has been using an unbelievably high 45 PCR cycle threshold. Together, these two tricks ensure that a very high percentage of patients who are about to die from ANY CAUSE tested COVID “positive” and count towards the government’s fearmongering COVID death statistic.

A meaningful cycle threshold should be well below 30, especially given that the WHO’s PCR protocol which every country follows, was the thoroughly discredited Drosten protocol which deliberately lacks high specificity normally required for PCR kit design (see the scathing review by 21 external experts submitted to the European authority for pandemic response Eurosurveillance 2020). Similarly, the Bulgarian Pathology Association website carried an article titled: “COVID19 PCR Tests are Scientifically Meaningless”.

In addition, when an area has low prevalence of the virus, then pretty much ALL of the positive results are false positives, even without considering the poor PCR design, see here, here, and here. Even the NY Times agreed.

Now, according to a report and the corresponding spreadsheet provided by Public Health Scotland, from Dec 17, 2020 to June 10, 2021 (less than 6 months), 5,522 people in Scotland died within 28 days of receiving a dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.

Since Public Health England continues to refuse to publish its equivalent death statistic, and since the population of England is more than 10 x that of Scotland (56.287 vs. 5.463 million, as per 2019 census), a rough estimate of people who must have died in England within 28 days after receiving a dose of a Covid-19 vaccine (assuming similar proportion to Scotland) would be about 56,892, bringing the total of Scotland + England to a staggering 62,414 post-vaccine deaths (within 28 days). This doesn’t even include vaccine deaths in Wales.

This means, the monthly average deaths within 28 days of receiving the vaccine (62,414/6) is about 179% of the monthly average deaths within 28 days of a “positive” COVID test (87,253/15), or, a 79% INCRASE in death rate due to the vaccine than the already vastly inflated death rate from the virus; which, most of the people who tested “positive” probably didn’t even have to begin with.

Plus, the vaccines are killing a younger demographic than the virus, which overwhelmingly only killed the very old and already sick. In particular, the vaccines killed many healthcare workers in their prime. And the government clearly wants to vaccinate everyone with this deadly “preventative”, including our children.

The governments are burying vaccine death statistics as hard as they can. What Public Health Scotland did appears to be an anomaly. I’m not aware of any other government releasing this vital information. Clearly, the intent is to blame the vaccine deaths on Covid-19, perhaps on a “variant”?.

COVID RETRACTION: Cone Health retracts statement that 100% of people with COVID in Cone Health system unvaccinated

HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — Cone Health has backtracked after issuing a statement that 100% of the people hospitalized with COVID-19 in the Cone Health system are unvaccinated.

Cone Health initially said that 100% of those patients are not vaccinated. Cone Health has since clarified that they do not know the vaccination status of any of those patients. The healthcare provider released the initial claim in error.

The update comes as an increasing number of people are being hospitalized with COVID-19 due to the highly contagious Delta variant.

Biden Administration Pays $3 Million Every Day To Not Build The Border Wall

The Biden administration is spending around $3 million daily to not finish construction on the southern border wall, Republican Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford said Wednesday.

Around $2 billion in taxpayer dollars have been wasted on paying Department of Defense (DOD) contractors to not build the border wall since Jan. 20, increasing by at least $3 million daily, according to Lankford.

Former President Donald Trump allocated $10 billion to the DOD for border wall construction and the Biden administration had spent about $2 billion on suspension and termination costs paid to contractors.

“The Biden Administration is paying contractors at least $3 million per day to guard steel, concrete, and other materials in the desert,” Lankford said in a report.

President Joe Biden ended the federal emergency declaration at the border and stopped construction for a 60-day assessment of the need for additional barriers in January, though the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had not released the findings, according to Lankford. The Biden administration also proposed canceling all border funds not already committed to projects in 2021 in the administration’s 2022 budget request to Congress.

“The Biden administration is setting money on fire while our border burns,” former CBP acting Commissioner and Heritage Foundation visiting fellow Mark Morgan and former DHS acting Deputy Chief of Staff and Heritage Foundation Senior Research Fellow Loora Ries said in a joint statement provided to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“We have seen four months in a row of 173,000+ apprehensions at the border, a historic crisis, and yet this administration is actively refusing not only to do its constitutionally mandated job and secure the border, but to spend the money lawfully authorized by Congress for the purpose of securing the border,” Morgan and Reis added.

Border officials encountered nearly 190,000 migrants at the southern border in June, though 103,000 of those were rapidly expelled from the U.S. under Trump-era public health order Title 42, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
