BLM Activist Accused of Molesting Dozens and Dozens of Children, Returns to School Board.

File this under I can't believe people are stat stupid, but…

BLM activist Tay Anderson is being allowed to return to work despite an ongoing investigation into allegations that he molested over 60 students, most of whom were illegal immigrants.

Anderson is using the excuse that the investigation is taking too long as a justification for returning to work at the Denver School Board, where he will have access to children.

“Despite promises that this investigation would be completed within thirty days, then later prior to the start of the 21-22 school year, I have fully cooperated and participated in the independent investigation being conducted by ILG. I am now told that the investigation will not be completed for at least another four or five weeks, leading us to mid-August,” the BLM activist said in an email letter to the other school board members.

“The timeline of this external private investigation has changed multiple times and the scope of its inquiry continues to change. Although I remain committed to engaging in a transparent and fair process, I can no longer wait for this process to conclude to initiate my return to serving the families of the Denver Public Schools,” the letter continues.

According to reporting from ABC7 in Denver, the investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against Anderson have cost the Denver Public Schools Board of Education more than $50,000 so far.

The allegations against him were first reported by Black Lives Matter group BLM5280 and Never Again Colorado back in March of 2021. The claim was later made public on May 25th during testimony to Colorado’s State Legislature.

In his original statement in May, Anderson labeled the claims against him as “unsubstantiated false allegations,” but agreed to step down out of respect to students until the investigation was concluded.https://twitter.com/TayAndersonCO/status/1399172928982327299

Responding to Anderson’s announcement, the school board spoke out, saying that it is not their place to end the investigation before all of the evidence is examined.

“One of the reasons that the Board launched this investigation was because, consistent with our values, we believed a young Black man deserved due process and a fair evaluation of anonymous allegations that were made on social media. We hired independent, neutral, and trained investigators to review these claims,” the board said. Many are questioning why the BLM activist would be allowed to choose to return to work with such serious charges against him, but it appears Anderson will be allowed to come back without a fight.
