I hear that. Got tired of the olympics decades ago, due to the press overzealousness about wanting USA to win everything, while I just wanted to watch some amazing athleticism from around the globe.

In the early 2000s it occurred to me that football is related to the slave master/owner concept. It is my negro and run faster/jump higher/catch better/whatever than you negro. Distasteful to watch.
