Organized Religion.

I grew up going to church. But I no longer go to church. It was too political. Every church that I belonged to seemed to have their 5 mafia families (who were wealthy) who controlled everything at the church, including controlling the minister. They wanted to make all of the decisions and then have everybody else do all of the work.

I think I learned more from my parents than I ever did actually going to church.

I used to enjoy the singing though. When the whole congregation would sing.

But now organized religion churches have taken that away from the people and have given it to a handful of "look at me people" up on a stage and call them a praise team.

So I don't even bother going anymore.

When I came back from being stationed in Germany in the 1980s, everyone on the plane was military and right before we landed in New Jersey, the pilot played Born In The USA over the intercom. It was a 6 hour flight and many GIs had been sleeping, but the plane suddenly erupted in cheers as we were "coming home"

I had such fond memories of that. But now that I'm finding out that Bruce Springsteen in a commie, that memory is ruined.
