Had my plastic fillings removed from my teeth two years ago, best decision I ever made.The dentist was a life saver, I knew that there was something wrong with the fillings, they just felt wrong and unnatural.

I was warned that I would experience 'icing' if they were removed, and I needed to ask probably half a dozen of dentists before I found someone who understood, but on a carnivore diet, I have never felt that my teeth or mouth in general has been in a better state, apart from maybe before I started eating sugary foods as a kid.
