That's a high value target for sure, not many passenger planes out there that can cruise at that altitude, the G650 and Global 7500 have a service ceiling of 51,000 but not often used. Would seem strategic to be 'out of range' so to speak, given they held the height until over the US border before the descending orbit back to normal FL's.
