What crimes are committed by a politician or celebrity who knowingly arranges a fake “vaccine” video to promote the “safety” of the vaccine, and publicly encourages others to “get the jab”?

What crimes are committed by a health professional who knowingly fakes the injection of a politician or celebrity, and then carries on injecting the public with the real thing?
