The TRUTH about VAERS
The corrupt MSM and others claim that VAERS data should just be dismissed outright because “ANYBODY CAN FILE A VAERS REPORT”.
A cursory review of the VAERS “Report an Adverse Event” shows that this database is INTENDED for medical professionals to make reports, that healthcare providers are REQUIRED BY LAW to file reports, and that anyone knowingly filing a false report is breaking Federal law.

“Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS:
– Any adverse event listed in the VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination that occurs within the specified time period after vaccinations
– An adverse event listed by the vaccine manufacturer as a contraindication to further doses of the vaccine”

“Healthcare providers are strongly encouraged to report to VAERS:
– Any adverse event that occurs after the administration of a vaccine licensed in the United States, whether it is or is not clear that a vaccine caused the adverse event
– Vaccine administration errors”

The leftists want us to believe A CONSPIRACY THEORY that the VAERS data is “no good” because “anyone” can enter a report… but anyone knowingly filing a false report is breaking Federal Law (18 U.S. Code 1001).
THE TRUTH IS that the VAERS DATABASE is a trustworthy database of evidence of a crime-against-humanity that is being committed in broad daylight by world governments and major “trusted institutions”.
