The intake behind a mask, especially for children but not only them, causes the body to make its own oxygen and this depletes the muscles and organs; the damage may be irreversible but at the very least would take years to recover. In the meanwhile, each week that passes, even after masking is over, if it ever is to be over, the individual drifts away from the course would have taken toward flourishing. That choice is diminished now.
The harm has been done.
The weakening, the softening, of our greatest resource - our People - has taken over the public mind and imagination.
Those who narrowly escaped have the burden of rescuing or helping those harmed; and many of these fellow countrymen are antagonistic against us. So we are handicapped and that strengthens the enemy, also, as we turn to fight them and thwart them.
You are correct about the multiple levels of attack that we have suffered. The focus will now narrow on the still able. We are in the open and they have already a plan for hounding us and provoking us.
Masking has its legacy. It can be camoflauge but it also can be debilitating.
So now we regroup and find each other. Some of us will sacrifice and stay with those left behind. Some of us will scout and even infiltrate the enemy's fortresses and strongholds. Some of us wil sacrifice and appear as neutral, asleep, collaborative. But we have many of us free yet to assemble into lightening forces, provision forces, you name it. Our advantage is that this is our turf. And this is our fight.
Not to say that some of us won't find ways to out flank and harrass the enemies soft spots and reak havoc and terror as it goes. This is a long war. Restoring the Republic means shedding some of our inhibitions; even the most harden warrior will have hard choices to make.
Masking was and is a distraction that caused and is causing great harms. The misdirection on lockdowns two weeks to flaten the curve, hah is nothing compared to the distraction of forced shots. Nothing.
World wide. National guts and glory. But world wide.
