>>14185099 PB help with covid shot side effects

Copied this from Qresearch awhile ago. Can't find link now, but maybe this will help. I share it with friends who took the vaccine concerned about side effects… I believe NAC (precursor of glutathione) helped a friend but not giving clinical advice - FYI only

FRIENDS/FAMILY TOOK THE VAX? HERE'S WHAT THEY NEED TO REDUCE SPIKE PROTEIN DAMAGE (w/ Academic References)

Lots of somewhat frantic enquiries today about how to help covidiots who took the jab and are now worried about spike protein damage….

Anyway, here are the things anons have dug on that, based on preliminary research, seem to have some potential to reduce spike protein damage – either by protecting cells from the spikes, or by dissolving the spikes themselves.

A) SOURCES OF SHIKIMIC ACID (3)

  1. Pine needle tea

  2. Fennel tea (you know, the seeds they put in Italian sausage)

  3. Anise tea (the star-like things they use in Chinese cooking, taste like liquorice)

B) Bromelain (an extract made from pineapples) – often sold in 10mg tabs

C) Acetylcysteine (also called N-Acetylcysteine or NAC) – an amino acid often sold as 200mg tabs that the FDA suddenly wants to regulate now.

Academic research on why these things are thought to be effective against spike proteins:

Great.

Also found this - so don't pay too much attention to the negative ninnies…

"The 23 US military men (median age, 25) all received mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines from Jan 1 to Apr 30, with 16 receiving Moderna and 7 receiving Pfizer 4 days prior to symptom onset. All had severe chest pain as well as 10- to 400-fold increased cardiac troponin levels, which indicates heart damage. Three had been infected with COVID-19 prior to vaccination and had symptoms after their first dose, while the rest had symptoms after their second. None of the patients had findings consistent with infectious, ischemic, or autoimmune etiologies.

As of the time of writing, 16 patients' symptoms resolved within 1 week, while the rest still have some chest discomfort."
