Apologies if this has already been discussed, but wanted to point out that in Q's post #1370, where it says, "WHO HAS THE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY," if you hover over the "WHO", it says, "The sound an owl makes". Don't know what this means, but thought it worthy of a mention.
