When the reality hits you finally as to WHY the lockdowns, the suppression, you're going to spiral out of control emotionally.
My best advice is to find that neutral space and stop re acting to everything. Turn it ALL off…social media, television (you can't do it…) you won't know how deeply you're programmed until you go through withdrawal on your endless diet of "what's happening now" and hopium, constantaly trying to find a WIN among the sea of loss. FOCUS locally. Go to the schools and speak up, take your kids out of them, DO things locally that only focus on the here and now, what's actually happening, affect change LOCALLY ..instead of waiting all day everyday for someone else to do something sometime.
