Serrapeptase gets rid of dead protein, whether you have mucus or blood clots or none of them, generally, you don't want extra dead protein hanging around. Gets rid of cysts, scars, things like that as well. Serrapeptase is an enzyme made by silkworms to eat through their cocoon.

That other thing, I don't know, but I doubt that it does all the things. It might do the mucus thing, or deal with mucus, but it probably doesn't dissolve all the dead proteins.
