Just a thought on the NYPD 187ed officers: Q asked " Did they view the insurance file"? It could be an officer who was asked to confirm the ID of someone in one of the photos or videos, a missing child from another precinct perhaps. It doesn't necessarily have to be a detective who was directly working on the Weiner laptop case.
