The reason all these corrupt carpet baggers and fired agents are declaring to run for office is so that they can spin the inevitable takedowns as Trump going after his political opponents.
They are trying to get out ahead of the arrests, so they can point backwards and say "Look, all these guys declared they were running for election and then they get taken down with these allegations of crimes committed" or some spun bullshit like that.
That is what Q is alluding to. Their plan will ultimately fail because the people have proven to be smarter than their lies. In fact, the msm insults the intelligence of their viewers every day and people are quickly catching on. This will just be another case of such.
